Description

나무섬유판 적층방법 {METHOD FOR LAMINATING WOODY FIBERBOARD}Wood fiber board lamination method {METHOD FOR LAMINATING WOODY FIBERBOARD}

Field of invention

The present invention relates to a method for laminating a variety of useful wood fiber boards.

Background of the Invention

Wood fiber boards, called MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard), are produced by molding together the fibers and adhesives obtained by tearing wood chips into cotton material into a single plate form under heating and pressure. The MDF board is lightweight, high strength and waterproof, so it is used in various materials such as construction, furniture, vanity and kitchen utensils.

MDF plates have a very good feature of being able to use seedlings and wood sheets as raw materials, so they are a new material that attracts worldwide attention in terms of global environmental issues such as effective use of forest resources and global forest resource shortages.

Moreover, the MDF plate has the following outstanding features. In other words, it is possible to prevent warping, twisting and cracking which are easy to occur in natural wood. It has a texture comparable to natural wood. It is 1.5 to 3 times stronger than natural wood. It is also stable against moisture and water. The surface does not become rugged even after long use.

In addition, since the manufacturing process includes pressing under heating and pressurization, there is a change in material and specific gravity between the surface portion and the center portion of the article, and even if the smoothly coated surface is slightly uneven, the penetration of the coated material is uneven. There is a problem that immediately goes bad after 3 to 6 months.

MDF plate also has a problem that when the water is absorbed, the cutting surface expands, distorts or cracks.

In addition, MDF plates cannot be used where a certain strength is required and their thickness is limited to a maximum of about 40 mm and cannot be used for thick articles.

It is also impossible to produce articles of various sizes and shapes, such as curved articles and thin and high strength articles.

Suitable Embodiments of the Invention

An embodiment of a method of laminating wood fiber boards according to the present invention is described.

As the material of the wood fiber board of the present invention, wood fiber boards obtained by molding the wood chips into a sheet form under heating and pressurization with a urethane-based or melanin-based adhesive as a bonding material and fibers obtained by tearing wood chips into cotton materials were used.

Wood fiber boards are lightweight, with a specific gravity of 0.40 to 0.70, and are very superior to conventional particle boards and shingles and are used in various ways. For example, a fiber board using a coniferous membrane with a thickness of 3 mm has a specific gravity of 0.525, a density of 0.75 g / m, a curvature strength of 440 kg / m, a peel strength of 10.5 kg / m, and a water absorption of 47%. Since the strength of the plate is generally proportional to its specific gravity, the fiber board used in the present invention is lighter than the particle board, and has a high impact strength of 1.5 to 2 times higher than the particle board and a high impact strength of 2 to 3 materials. Moreover, wood fiber boards have stability to water and moisture to the same extent as plywood.

Wood fiber boards with a thickness of 2.5 to 40 mm are appropriately selected and used.

Both sides of the wooden fiberboard with the specified thickness are impregnated or coated with a polyurethane-based primer to remove the warping and deformation properties of the plank and at the same time increase its strength by 1.5 times or more.

After impregnating or coating with a polyurethane based primer, the wood fiber boards are placed in a drying chamber having a temperature of 25 ° C. or more and a humidity of 60% or more to dry the wood fiber boards for at least 8 hours.

1 to 5 show embodiments of laminated wood fiber boards laminated, bonded and dried in all directions (multiple directions). An aqueous polymer isocyanate-based adhesive is used as the laminating adhesive. The number of laminated layers can be appropriately determined in consideration of the final product.

The adhesive for wood fiber boards will be described in more detail below.

100 units (weight ratio) of modified vinyl resin (resin) as a base material and 15 units of polyisocyanate as a curing agent are mixed well and mixed uniformly. The mixture can be mixed at a temperature of 25 ° C. to 35 ° C. in the summer and 30 minutes for another hour, followed by mixing at a temperature of 5 ° C. to 25 ° C. for another hour.

The strength of wood fiber boards can be increased from 2 to 3 times according to the following procedure.

After sufficiently bonding and connecting the wood fiber boards, after fully bonding and connecting the laminated wood fiber boards, the laminated wood fiber boards are cut and processed into a prescribed shape according to the use using a processing apparatus. Digging through and hollowing out processes can be achieved.

Cutting of wood fiber boards is accomplished using new ceramic bite tools, industrial diamond bite tools, carbide bite tools and diamond cutting chip saws. Automated computer controlled cutting can also be used.

Articles obtained by processing wood fiber boards according to various uses are impregnated or coated with polyurethane-based supermaterials and dried and cured in a drying chamber for at least 8 hours. The drying chamber has a temperature of at least 25 ° C and a humidity of 60%.

After drying and hardening the wood fiber board processed to the prescribed shape, it is impregnated or coated with urethane resin, melanin resin, polyester resin or lacquer to produce a single laminated and firmly processed product.

Achieve.

The laminated board obtained by laminating the wood fiber boards 1 to form five layers is cut and processed by a carbide bite tool, a diamond cutting chip, a saw, or the like in the shape shown in FIG.

In the present invention, since the wood fiber boards used as materials include fibers obtained by tearing wood chips, seedlings and sheet wood may be useful, thereby effectively using forest resources.

Furthermore, in the present invention, one sheet of wood fiber board is impregnated or coated with a polyurethane-based material to increase the strength of the sheet, and then the wood fiber board is laminated with an isocyanate-based adhesive to further increase the strength. The laminated fiberboard is further cut into the required shape. In this step, the laminated fiberboard has a certain strength, but can be easily cut to process in various sizes or shapes, and has excellent processing characteristics. Thereafter, the urethane solvent may be impregnated or coated to obtain a higher strength (200 kg / cm 2). As a result, a product with superior strength compared to natural wood is obtained.

Since wood fiber boards contain wood chips with holes in them, they can be easily incorporated, penetrated by various solvents, and have a constant strength, resulting in crack formation, twisting, twisting, and insect bites that occur frequently in natural wood. You can certainly prevent them.

Moreover, because the wood fiber boards are stacked, the tree-like pattern can be represented in various forms as needed to preserve the beauty of natural wood. The touch of laminated wooden fiberboard is the same as that of natural wood.

Accordingly, various solidly processed products such as articles for the physically handicapped, interior furnishings, furniture and crayfish, furniture-related products, and construction finishing materials can be produced. Furthermore, laminated wood fiber boards have excellent waterproofing properties, so they are used for construction exterior materials, construction related materials, various exterior materials and interior hygiene and kitchen parts. Moreover, because laminated wooden fiber boards have a high strength, they can be used as a variety of construction and building structures and structural materials with large cross sections.
