Description
종래에는 조리시 소금으로 별도로 간을 하고 또 그리고 나서 L-글루타민산 나트륨을 첨가 하는 등 두번의 과정을 거처 첨부하지만 본 발명은 단순한 소금으로서의 기능이 아니라 조미에 필요한 소금에 고기 맛을 낼 수 있는 발효 조미료 L-글루타민산 나트륨과 어성초분말을 혼합하여 조제함으로서 조리할 때 세 가지의 물질을 따로 따로 첨가하지 않고 한가지의 조제된 조미료만 첨가하는데 목적이 있는 제조 방법의 발명이다. 따라서 본 발명으로 인하여 조리를 하는 주부 또는 요리사들의 일손을 덜 수 있는 발명이다.Conventionally, the cooking process is carried out twice, such as separately seasoning with salt and then adding sodium L-glutamate, but the present invention is not a simple salt function, but a fermented seasoning that can taste meat in seasoning salt.
