Claims (5)
- 전지 내부의 가스 압력을 방출하는 안전판이 구비된 리튬이온 2차 전지에 있어서 전지 캔의 상부에 설치된 압력 감지 소자를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,a) 전지 캔의 상부에 설치된 압력 감지 소자;b) 상기 압력 감지 수단에서 전달되는 전류를 외부로 전달하는 도선; 및c) 상기 도선을 통해 전달되는 전류에 응답하여 전지의 충,방전을 중지시키는 안전 수단을 포함하는 리튬이온 전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 압력 감지 수단이 압전 소자인 리튬이온 전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 압전 소자가 수정, 로셀염 또는 티탄산 바륨을 포함하는 리튬이온 전지.
- 전지 내부의 가스 압력을 방출하는 안전판이 구비된 리튬이온 2차 전지에 있어서,a) 전지 캔의 캡 상부에 전지 내부 압력 배출구의 폭만큼 이격되어 설치된절연체;b) 상기 절연체 상부에 설치되어 있으며 압력 배출구를 덮는 도전체; 및c) 상기 전지 캡의 하부에 접해 있으며, 전지 내부를 향하여 볼록한 형태를취하며, 내부 압력이 소정의 크기에 도달하면 곡면 반대 방향으로 휘어도전체와 접촉하여 외부 회로로 전류를 흐르게 하는 곡면형 안전판을 포함하는 리튬이온 전지.
