Claims (13)
- 내부에 배치된 제1 패널 및 제2 패널을 가지는 캐비넷과,상기 캐비넷 내부에 배치된 상기 각 패널에 대응하는 적어도 하나의 압축 액화 가스 실린더와,상기 각 실린더 상에 배치된 온도 및/또는 압력 센서와,상기 온도 및/또는 압력 센서에 의해 감지된 상기 각 실린더 내부의 온도 및/또는 압력에 기초하여 상기 각 실린더 내로 입력되는 에너지를 감시하고 조절하는 제어기를 포함하는 액화 상태로부터 가스를 공급하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어기는,상기 각 패널 상에 배치된 상기 압축 액화 가스 실린더의 저온 및 고온 설정 온도 지점을 프로그램하는 수단과,상기 적어도 하나의 압축 액화 가스 실린더 내부의 저온 설정 지점 또는 고온 설정 지점 중 하나에 도달하면, 상기 제1 패널 및 상기 제2 패널 사이에서 전환시키는 수단을 더 포함하는 것인 가스 공급 시스템.
- 내부에 배치된 제1 패널 및 제2 패널을 가지는 캐비넷을 제공하는 단계와,상기 제1 패널 또는 제2 패널 중 하나와 연계된 적어도 하나의 가스 실린더로부터 압축 액화 가스를 공급하는 단계와,상기 제1 패널 또는 제2 패널 중 하나와 연계된 상기 적어도 하나의 가스 실린더에 제어된 양의 에너지를 공급하고, 이에 의해 상기 실린더로부터 회수된 가스의 유량을 증가시키는 단계를 포함하는, 제어된 방식으로 연속적인 유동으로 가스 캐비넷으로부터 액화 상태로부터 가스를 공급하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 사용되는 가스에 기초하여 상기 가스 실린더에 대하여 허용 가능한 고온 및 저온 지점을 설정하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 제어된 방식으로 연속적인 유동으로 가스를 공급하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 저온 설정 지점에 도달하면 상기 제1 패널 또는 제2 패널 중 하나와 연계된 상기 가스 실린더에 에너지를 공급하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 제어된 방식으로 연속적인 유동으로 가스를 공급하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1 패널 및 제2 패널 사이에서 상기 에너지 공급을 교번시키는 단계를 더 포함하며,상기 공급되는 에너지는 상기 실린더 내부 온도의 함수인 것인, 제어된 방식으로 연속적인 유동으로 가스를 공급하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 저온 설정 지점 경보가 작동될 때 제1 패널 또는 제2 패널과 연계된 상기 실린더에 에너지를 공급하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 제어된 방식으로 연속적인 유동으로 가스를 공급하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 고온 설정 지점 경보가 작동될 때 제1 패널 또는 제2 패널과 연계된 상기 실린더에 에너지 공급을 종결하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 제어된 방식으로 연속적인 유동으로 가스를 공급하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 가스 온도는 상기 실린더 압력으로부터 유도되는 것인, 제어된 방식으로 연속적인 유동으로 가스를 공급하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 압축 액화 가스 실린더의 갯수 X의 인자에 의해서 상기 가스의 가해지는 투여량을 증가시키는 것인, 제어된 방식으로 연속적인 유동으로 가스를 공급하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 가스는 NH3, BCl3, CO2, SiH2Cl2, HBr, HCl, HF, N2O, C3F8, SF6및 WF6로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것인, 제어된 방식으로 연속적인 유동으로 가스를 공급하는 방법.
