Claims (8)
- 하드 코팅물의 적어도 하나의 층은 솔비톨 및 에리쓰리톨의 혼합물을 포함하고, 여기서 상기 혼합물의 건조물은 1 내지 50중량%의 에리쓰리톨을 포함하는 하드 코팅물 및 먹을 수 있고, 씹을 수 있는 및/또는 약학적인 코어로 이루어진 당이 없는 하드-코팅된 식료품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물의 건조물은 5 내지 50중량%의 에리쓰리톨, 바람직하게는 5 내지 45중량%의 에리쓰리톨, 좀더 바람직하게는 20 내지 45중량%의 에리쓰리톨을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 당이 없는 하드-코팅된 식료품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 솔비톨 및 에리쓰리톨의 혼합물을 포함하는 상기 하드 코팅물의 층은 상기 코어에 우수한 점착력을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 당이 없는 하드-코팅된 식료품.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하드 코팅물은 결합제, 분산제, 필름 형성제, 착색제, 및 향미료로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 당이 없는 하드-코팅된 식료품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하드 코팅물은 1 내지 100층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 당이 없는 하드-코팅된 식료품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 약학적인 타블렛, 씹을 수 있는 껌, 과자 제품, 쵸콜렛 및 넛으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 당이 없는 하드-코팅된 식료품.
- 솔비톨 및 에리쓰리톨의 혼합물을 포함하고, 여기서 상기 혼합물의 건조물은 1 내지 50중량%의 에리쓰리톨을 포함하는 액상 코팅 시럽을 회전 팬에서 코어의 이동물질에 첨가시키는 단계를 포함하는 당이 없는 하드-코팅된 식료품의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 층의 형성이 100회까지 반복됨을 특징으로 하는 당이 없는 하드-코팅된 식료품의 제조방법.
