Description
Claims (11)
- 액상의 반응기에서 제올라이트-주성분 촉매와 용매의 존재하에 올레핀을 과산화 화합물과 반응시키고, 생성된 에폭시드를 운반하는데 충분하고, 반응기를 이탈한 점에서 기체상 화합물이 회수되는 유속으로 기체상 화합물을 반응기에 계속적으로 주입하여서 하는 에폭시드의 연속 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 올레핀을 과대량의 기체형태로 반응기에 주입하고, 올레핀을 기체상 화합물로서 작용시키는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 반응기가 루프 반응기인 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 기체상 화합물의 유속이 루프 반응기의 액상을 순환시키는데 충분한 제조방법.
- 전술한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기체상 화합물의 유속 대 공급 과산화 화합물의 유속의 비율이 5 이거나 그 이상, 바람직하기로는 10 이거나, 그 이상인 제조방법.
- 전술한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응기가 기포-흡수 루프형인 제조방법.
- 전술한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액상의 pH를 액상에 염기를 가하여 4.8∼6.5로 유지하는 제조방법.
- 전술한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 과산화 화합물을 액상 ㎏당 1∼10㏖, 바람직하기로는 1.5∼5㏖의 양으로 사용하고, 과산화 화합물을 10∼70%, 바람직하기로는 20∼50%의 과산화 화합물을 함유하는 수용액 형태로 사용하는 제조방법.
- 전술한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매와 용매의 존재하에서 올레핀이 과산화 화합물과 반응하는 온도가 0∼150℃, 일반적으로 0∼70℃, 바람직하기로는 20∼40℃인 제조방법.
- 전술한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제올라이트가 ZSM-5형의 결정구조를 갖는 TS-1형인 티타늄 실리카라이트인 제조방법.
- 전술한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에폭시드가 1,2-에폭시프로판이고, 올레핀이 프로필렌이고, 과산화 화합물이 과산화수소이고, 용매가 메탄올이고, 기체상 화합물이 프로필렌인 제조방법.
