Abstract

본 발명은 체인 콘베이어로 물류 이송시 물류 하중에 의해 체인의 비틀림 또는 체인의 이탈 등과 더불어 체인 하부의 가이드 레일에 과다한 마모를 초래시키는 물류 이송 콘베이어의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 체인 콘베이어에 일정한 간격으로 무구동 스프로켓을 설치한 물류 이송 콘베이어에 관한 것이다.

Description

무구동 스프로켓을 설치한 물류 이송 콘베이어 {A freight transfer conveyor mounted with idle sprocket}
본 발명은 체인 콘베이어 이송시 체인 콘베이어의 체인 레일 이탈을 방지하기 위해 무구동 스프로켓(Idle Sprocket)을 장착시킨 물류 이송 콘베이어에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 물류를 이송하는 수단으로 체인 콘베이어를 이용하는 경우가 많다. 이 경우 체인 콘베이어는 구동 장치인 모터에 의해 구동되어 샤프트와 연결된 스프로켓에 의해 체인이 구동되어 물류가 이송된다. 이때 투자비 절감을 위해 한 개의 모터로 구동되는 체인의 구간을 가능한한 길게 하고 있으나, 이로 인해 물류의 하중에 의해 비틀림 및 체인 이탈 등의 문제가 발생한다.
또한 체인 콘베이어로 물류 이송시 물류 하중에 의해 체인의 비틀림 또는 체인의 이탈 등과 더불어 체인 하부의 가이드 레일에 과다한 마모를 초래하여, 종종 체인의 이탈을 통한 물류 이송에 어려움이 많았다.
본 발명은 체인 콘베이어로 물류 이송시 물류 하중에 의해 체인의 비틀림 또는 체인의 이탈 등과 더불어 체인 하부의 가이드 레일에 과다한 마모를 초래시키는 물류 이송 콘베이어의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 체인 콘베이어에 일정한 간격으로 무구동 스프로켓을 설치하여 본 발명을 완성한 것이다.
도 1은 본 발명에 의한 무구동 스프로켓을 설치한 물류 이송 체인 콘베이어의 작동 개략도이다.
도 2는 종래의 물류 이송 체인 콘베이어의 정면도 및 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 의한 무구동 스프로켓을 설치한 물류 이송 체인 콘베이어의 정면도 및 단면도이다.

10 : 체인 콘베이어 , 11 : 체인 레일, 12 : 무구동 스프로켓
13 : 모터, 20 : 화물, 30 : 팔레트
따라서 본 발명의 목적은 체인 콘베이어(10)의 내부에 일정한 간격으로 무구동 스프로켓(12)을 설치함을 특징으로 하는 물류 이송 콘베이어를 제공하는 것이다.
또한 이때 체인 콘베이어(10)는 상기 무구동 스프로켓(12) 설치 구간에서 체인 레일(11) 대신에 무구동 스프로켓(12)과 맞물려 작동함을 특징으로 한다.
이하 도면을 통해 본 발명을 더욱 상세히 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 무구동 스프로켓(12)의 설치 위치와 체인 콘베이어(10)를 통한 화물(20)의 이송 방법을 도시한 개략도이다. 상기 도면에 나타난 바와 같이 모터(13)에 의해 구동되는 체인 콘베이어(10)는 긴 구간에 걸쳐있어 일정한 간격으로 무구동 스프로켓(12)을 설치한 것이다.
도 2는 종래의 체인 콘베이어(10)와 체인 레일(11)을 나타내는 정면도 및 단면도로서, 체인 콘베이어(10)는 체인 레일(11)의 상부에 밀착하여 작동된다.
도 3은 본 발명의 무구동 스프로켓(12)의 작동 상태를 나타낸 것으로, 무구동 스프로켓(12)이 설치된 구간에서는 체인 콘베이어(10)가 체인 레일(11) 대신에 무구동 스프로켓(12)과 맞물려 작동함을 특징으로 한다.
상기한 도면의 설명에서와 같이, 본 발명의 무구동 스프로켓(12)은 체인 콘베이어(11)와 맞물려 작동함으로서 종래의 체인 콘베이어의 이탈 및 체인 레일(11)의 마모 문제 등을 해결한 것이다.
본 발명의 효과는 체인 콘베이어로 물류 이송시 물류 하중에 의해 체인의 비틀림 또는 체인의 이탈 등과 더불어 체인 하부의 가이드 레일에 과다한 마모를 해결한 것으로 체인 콘베이어에 일정한 간격으로 무구동 스프로켓을 설치함으로서 이러한 문제를 해결한 것이다.

  1. 체인 콘베이어(10)의 내부에 일정한 간격으로 무구동 스프로켓(12)을 설치함을 특징으로 하는 물류 이송 콘베이어
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 체인 콘베이어(10)는 상기 무구동 스프로켓(12) 설치 구간에서 체인 레일(11) 대신에 무구동 스프로켓(12)과 맞물려 작동함을 특징으로 하는 물류 이송 콘베이어
