Claims (3)
- 주행부(11), 선회부(12), 부앙부(13) 및 적치부(19)를 포함하는 소결광 적치지를 사용하여 소결광을 야드에 적치하는 소결광의 적치방법에 있어서,상기 적치부(19)가 개시각도(θil)에서 종료각도(θir)까지 좌우로 선회한 후 상기 주행부(11)가 du만큼 전진주행하는 반복과정을 통해 야드에 소결광을 한 층 적치하는 제1단계와,상기 적치부(19)를 통해 소결광이 한 층 적치되면 상기 주행부(11)가 du/2만큼 후진한 상태에서 상기 적치부(19)가 제1단계보다 큰 개시각도(θil)에서 제1단계보다 작은 종료각도(θir)까지 좌우로 선회한 후 상기 주행부(11)가 du만큼 후진주행하는 반복과정을 통해 야드에 소결광을 한 층 더 적치하는 제2단계 및,상기 적치부(19)를 통해 소결광이 한 층 더 적치되면 상기 주행부(11)가 du/2만큼 전진한 상태에서 상기 적치부(19)가 제2단계보다 큰 개시각도(θil)에서 제2단계보다 작은 종료각도(θir)까지 좌우로 선회한 후 상기 주행부(11)가 du만큼 전진주행하는 반복과정을 통해 야드에 소결광을 적치하는 제3단계를 포함하며,상기 제2단계 및 제3단계를 반복적으로 수행하여 소결광을 피라미드 형상으로 야드에 적치하는 것을 특징으로 소결광의 편석방지 적치방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적치부(19)의 개시각도(θil) 및 종료각도(θir)는 하기의 식에 의해 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결광의 편석방지 적치방법.θil= 90。 - cos-1((w/2 - (h - (hb- d))/tanθα) / L)θir= 90。 - cos-1((w/2 + (h - (hb- d))/tanθα) / L)상기의 w : 야드폭, h : 소결광의 최대 적치높이, hb: 야드의 바닥면으로부터 적치부까지의 높이, d : 적치부에서 적치된 소결광까지의 거리, θα: 소결광을 야드에 적치시 지면과 옆면이 이루는 각(안식각)을 각각 나타냄.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 hb는 적치부(19)의 하부에 설치된 위치센서(18) 및 상기 위치센서(18)를 제어하는 장치를 이용하여, 상기 적치부(19)와 연속적으로 적치되는 소결광(20)까지의 거리를 일정하게 유지함으로써 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결광의 편석방지 적치방법.
