Abstract
Description

본 발명의 구성을 첨부한 도 1에 따라 설명하면 다음과 같다.Referring to Figure 1 attached to the configuration of the present invention as follows.
전자식형광등제어장치의 결점인 초기 점등 시 예열시간의 부족을 방지하기 위하여 제어회로의 전원 공급라인에 111과 같은 R, C의 지연 회로를 두어 충분한 초기 예열 시간을 얻을 수 있도록 하였으며, 인버터회로에서 구동 트랜지스터(FET1, FET2)의 턴 오프 시 오프시간의 지연으로 인하여 FET1과 FET2 사이에 발생하는 노이즈 전류로 인한 열 발생과 손실을 방지하기 위하여 T1, T2(펄스트랜스)의 펄스가 온에서 오프로 바뀌면 TR1, TR2가 강제로 온 되도록 턴 오프 시간 단축회로를 106, 107과 같이 설치하였다. 따라서 오프신호가 들어오면 각 TR(TR1, TR2)의 코렉터와 에미터가 포화로 인하여 전위 차가 낮아지게 되는데 이는 곧 FET의 게이트와 소스 사이의 전압으로 FET는 게이트전압의 저하로 곧 턴 오프 하게되어 각 FET는 노이즈 전류로 인한 열 발생과 이로 인한 소손 등의 피해를 막을 수 있도록 하였으며, 과 전압이 발생 할 경우 장치를 보호하기 위하여 검출회로(C2, R8 [과도현상으로 인한 오동작 및 노이즈억제기능이 있는 전압검출회로])를 설치하여 이를 설정치와 비교하여(102) 이상이 있으면 펄스신호 발생용 IC(109)가 정지하여 장치를 보호하도록 하였으며, 과 전류가 발생 할 경우 장치를 보호하기 위하여 검출회로(108 [과도현상으로 인한 오동작 및 노이즈억제기능이 있는 전류검출회로])를 설치하여 이를 설정치와 비교하여(103) 이상이 있으면 펄스신호 발생용 IC(109)가 정지하여 장치를 보호하도록 구성 된 장치이다.In order to prevent the shortage of preheating time during initial lighting, which is a fault of the electronic fluorescent lamp control device, a delay circuit of R and C such as 111 is provided in the power supply line of the control circuit so that sufficient initial preheating time can be obtained.
