PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling operation of fluorescent lamp is provided to achieve prevention against insufficient initial pre-heating time, noise caused by switching, and damage to devices caused by over-current and over-voltage. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises an initial pre-heating time delay circuit(111) installed at a power supply line, switching enhancement circuits(106,107) for forcibly turning on TR1 and TR2 when the pulse of pulse transformers(T1,T2) is changed from "on" to "off", so as to prevent heat generation and loss caused by the noise current produced between driving transistors(FE1,FET2), a noise reduction circuit(110), over-voltage detection circuits(C2,R8) for preventing erroneous operation of the device caused by over-voltage, an over-voltage protection circuit(102) for comparing the over-voltage and a predetermined voltage, an over-current detection circuit(108) for protecting the device from over-current, an over-current protection circuit(103) for comparing the over-current and a predetermined current, and a pulse signal generating IC(109) which stops operation when an abnormality is detected from the result of comparison performed by the over-voltage protection circuit and the over-current detection circuit.

전자식형광등제어장치의 결점인 초기 점등 시 예열시간의 부족을 방지하기 위하여 제어회로의 전원 공급라인에 111과 같은 R, C의 지연 회로를 두어 충분한 초기 예열 시간을 얻을 수 있도록 하였으며, 인버터회로에서 구동 트랜지스터(FET1, FET2)의 턴 오프 시 오프시간의 지연으로 인하여 FET1과 FET2 사이에 발생하는 노이즈 전류로 인한 열 발생과 손실을 방지하기 위하여 T1, T2(펄스트랜스)의 펄스가 온에서 오프로 바뀌면 TR1, TR2가 강제로 온 되도록 턴 오프 시간 단축회로를 106, 107과 같이 설치하였다. 따라서 오프신호가 들어오면 각 TR(TR1, TR2)의 코렉터와 에미터가 포화로 인하여 전위 차가 낮아지게 되는데 이는 곧 FET의 게이트와 소스 사이의 전압으로 FET는 게이트전압의 저하로 곧 턴 오프 하게되어 각 FET는 노이즈 전류로 인한 열 발생과 이로 인한 소손 등의 피해를 막을 수 있도록 하였으며, 과 전압이 발생 할 경우 장치를 보호하기 위하여 검출회로(C2, R8 [과도현상으로 인한 오동작 및 노이즈억제기능이 있는 전압검출회로])를 설치하여 이를 설정치와 비교하여(102) 이상이 있으면 펄스신호 발생용 IC(109)가 정지하여 장치를 보호하도록 하였으며, 과 전류가 발생 할 경우 장치를 보호하기 위하여 검출회로(108 [과도현상으로 인한 오동작 및 노이즈억제기능이 있는 전류검출회로])를 설치하여 이를 설정치와 비교하여(103) 이상이 있으면 펄스신호 발생용 IC(109)가 정지하여 장치를 보호하도록 구성 된 장치이다.In order to prevent the shortage of preheating time during initial lighting, which is a fault of the electronic fluorescent lamp control device, a delay circuit of R and C such as 111 is provided in the power supply line of the control circuit so that sufficient initial preheating time can be obtained.
