Claims (4)
- 자극 하우징에 설치된 아마추어를 가지며, 상기 자극 하우징에 고정된, 한 편으로 상기 자극 하우징에 다른 한 편으로는 기어 어셈블리 하우징에 지지된 아마추어의 아마추어 샤프트가 회전하는데 작용하는 기어 어셈블리 부품을 수납하기 위한 기어 어셈블리 하우징을 가지는 구동 모터를 포함하며, 상기 아마추어 샤프트는 상기 자극 하우징에서는 제 1 베어링에 지지되고 그리고 상기 기어 어셈블리 하우징의 영역에서는 제 2 베어링에 지지되며, 상기 제 2 베어링은 반경 방향의 힘과 축 방향의 힘을 흡수하는 내측 링과 외측 링을 가지는 볼 베어링으로서 형성되어 있으며, 한 편으로는 기어 어셈블리 하우징에서의 축 방향 정지면이 다른 한편으로는 상기 아마추어 샤프트를 가로질러 상기 기어 어셈블리 하우징의 통로 안으로 내장되는, 상기 외측 링의 축 방향 고정을 위한 지지 섀클이 상기 외측 링을 위해 배열되는, 차량의 윈드실드 와이퍼용 전기 구동 유니트에 있어서,U-형상인 지지 섀클(24)이 강판으로 제조되고 상기 제 2 베어링(10)의 외측 링(19)의 정면(22)을 향해 있는 2개이상의 스프링 텅(28, 29, 30, 31)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 구동 유니트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,2개의 스프링 텅(28, 29)은 상기 고정 부재(24)의 2개의 섀클(25, 26)에 분포되어 배열되어 있으며 상기 양 스프링 텅(28, 29)의 탄성 자유단(33)은 상기 아마추어 샤프트(8)의 축을 기준으로 직경 방향으로 서로 마주하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 구동 유니트.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 스프링 텅(28, 29)은 상기 U-형상의 지지 섀클(24)의 내장 방향에 대해 평행하게 배열되며 상기 스프링 텅(28, 29)의 탄성 자유단(33)은 상기 내장 방향을 가리키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 구동 유니트.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,2개의 다른 스프링 텅(30, 31)이 배열되어 있고, 이 경우 이들 다른 스프링 텅(30, 31)은 상기 고정 부재(24)의 요크(27)에서 탄성 자유단(33)과 함께 대칭적으로 마주하면서 배열되어 있으며 상기 스프링 텅(30, 31) 사이의 각은 135°인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 구동 유니트.
