Abstract
Description
Claims (5)
- 회전축을 가지는 전동기와;상기 전동기의 회전축의 일단부에 설치되어 외부공기를 일차로 압축시키는 제1임펠러와;상기 압축된 외부공기를 받아들이는 제1볼류트하우징과;상기 회전축의 타단부에 상기 제1볼류트하우징에 대응되도록 설치되며 흡입관이 형성된 제2볼류트하우징과;상기 제2볼류트하우징의 흡입관과 그 일단이 연통되고 상기 제1볼류트하우징과 그 타단이 연통되어 상기 제1볼류트하우징과 상기 제2볼류트하우징을 연통시키는 유동경로를 형성시키는 것으로써 그 내부의 유동경로에서 유동되는 고온의 압축공기를 소정온도로 냉각시키는 인터쿨러; 및상기 제2볼류트하우징으로 압축공기를 이차로 압축시켜 공급하는 제2임펠러; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보식 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 임펠러와 제 2 임펠러, 전동기의 지지부로 에어 포일 베어링 사용을 특징으로 하는 터보식 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전동기는 인버터 모듈에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보식 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 임펠러에서 공급되는 이차로 압축된 압축 공기의 일부가 회전축의 주위로 공급되어 상기 회전축의 주위에는 에어 포일 베어링이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보식 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부 가압 장치에 의해서 공급되는 압축 공기가 회전축의 주위로 공급되어 상기 회전축의 주위에는 에어 포일 베어링이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보식 압축기.
