상기와 같은 재료 및 제조, 배합비율에 의해 "황토미분말을 적용한 칼라포러스콘크리트 조성물"의 제조가 가능하며, 이에 따른 특성 및 기대효과에 대해서 열거하면, 본 발명에 의한 조성물은 기존의 포러스콘크리트(투수용·식생용·흡음용·수질정화용 등의 포러스콘크리트)에 새로운 개념의 칼라포러스콘크리트 개발을 위해 천연의 환경친화적 재료인 황토미분말을 시멘트 중량부의 3%에서 70% 혼입시킨 포러스콘크리트 조성물의 개발이라 할 수 있으며, 황토 특유의 붉은색이 회색빛의 시멘트를 착색시켜 칼라포러스콘크리트가 될 수 있도록 한 것 [기존의 개발품은 화학안료 및 산화철 등과 같은 금속미분말에 의한 콘크리트의 색상 착색이었음] 과 황토의 산성성질(pH 4.0∼6.0)을 이용하여 시멘트의 강알칼리성(pH 12.0∼13.5)을 황토미분말의 혼입에 의해 자연중화시켜 식생콘크리트로의 활용시 화학적인 중화처리제의 사용없이 중성 성질을 지닌 포러스콘크리트[기존의 개발품은 화학적 중화처리제의 사용에 의해 가능하였음]를 제조할 수 있으며, 또한, 황토미분말의 포졸란 반응성에 의해 페이스트의 강도증진 및 부착강도를 증진시킬수 있도록 제조한 조성물로써 투수용 포러스콘크리트, 식생용 포러스콘크리트, 흡음용 포러스콘크리트, 수질정화용 포러스콘크리트 등에 적용할 수 있다.According to the above materials, manufacturing, and blending ratios, it is possible to prepare a "color porcelain concrete composition to which ocher fine powder is applied", and the properties and expected effects according to the present invention are enumerated.
