Claims (22)
- 저용융 폴리올레핀 성분과 고용융 폴리올레핀 성분으로 구성되는 이성분 섬유를 포함하고,상기 저용융 폴리올레핀 성분은 고용융 폴리올레핀 성분의 용융점보다 적어도 4℃ 낮은 용융점을 가지며, 상기 저용융 폴리올레핀 성분은 섬유의 표면중 적어도 일부를 구성하고, 그라프트된 폴리올레핀 성분과 비그라프트된 폴리올레핀 성분을 포함하며, 이때 상기 그라프트된 폴리올레핀 성분은 불포화 디카르복실산이나 그의 무수물로 그라프트되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이레이 부직포.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,이성분 섬유의 그라프트된 폴리올레핀 성분은: 말레산, 말레 무수물과, 시트라코닌산, 시트라코닌 무수물과 파이로신코닌 무수물과 같은 그의 유도체; 푸마르산과 그의 유도체; 3-부텐-1, 1-디카르복실산, 벤질리덴 말론산과 이소프로필리덴 말론산과 같은 말론산의 불포화 유도체; 및 이타코닌산과 이타코닌 무수물과 같은 숙신산의 불포화 유도체로부터 선택된 화합물로 그라프트된 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이레이 부직포.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 이성분 섬유의 그라프트된 폴리올레핀 성분은 말레산이나 말레 무수물로 그라프트된 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이레이 부직포.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 이성분 섬유는, 저용융 폴리올레핀 성분이 시이드로 구성되고, 고용융 폴리올레핀 성분은 코어로 구성되는 시이드-코어 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이레이 부직포.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,예를들면, 셀룰로오스 섬유, 비스코스 섬유 및 라이오셀(Lyocell) 섬유로부터 선택된 부가 섬유 물질을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이레이 부직포.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 부가 섬유 물질은 셀룰로오스 잔털 펄프 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이레이 부직포.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,고용융 폴리올레핀 성분은 폴리프로필렌을 포함하고, 저용융 폴리올레핀 성분은 LLDPE, HDPE 및 LDPE로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 폴리올레핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이레이 부직포.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,이성분 섬유의 저용융 성분과 고용융 성분사이의 용융점 차이는 적어도 약 20℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이레이 부직포.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,고용융 폴리올레핀 성분은 제 1 폴리프로필렌으로 구성되고, 저용융 폴리올레핀 성분은 제 1 폴리프로필렌보다 적어도 5℃ 낮은 융점을 가지는 폴리프로필렌 공중합체이거나 제 2 폴리프로필렌으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이레이 부직포.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 섬유 웹은 5-50중량%의 이성분 섬유와 50-95중량%의 부가 섬유 물질을 포함하고, 전형적으로는 10-40중량%의 이성분 섬유와 60-90중량%의 부가 섬유 물질, 예를들면 15-25중량%의 이성분 섬유와 75-85중량%의 부가 섬유 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이레이 부직포.
- 드라이레이 부직포를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,드라이레이 부직기를 이용하는 섬유 웹을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 웹은 저용융 폴리올레핀 성분과 고용융 폴리올레핀 성분을 포함하는 이성분 섬유로 구성되고, 이 때 저용융 폴리올레핀 성분은 고용융 폴리올레핀 성분보다 적어도 4℃낮은 용융점을 가지며, 상기 저용융 폴리올레핀 성분은 섬유 표면중 적어도 일부를 구성하고, 그라프트된 폴리올레핀 성분과 비그라프트된 폴리올레핀 성분을 포함하며, 상기 그라프트된 폴리올레핀 성분은 불포화 디카르복실산이나 그의 무수물로 그라프트되며, 드라이레이 부직포에 섬유 웹을 접착하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이레이 부직포 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 섬유 웹은, 예를들면 셀룰로오스 섬유, 비스코스 섬유 및 라이오셀 섬유로부터 선택된 부가 섬유 물질을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이레이 부직포 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 부가 섬유 물질을 셀룰로오스 잔털 펄프 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이레이 부직포 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 13 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,이성분 섬유의 그라프트된 폴리올레핀 성분은: 말레산, 말레 무수물과, 시트라코닌산, 시트라코닌 무수물과 파이로신코닌 무수물과 같은 그의 유도체; 푸마르산과 그의 유도체; 3-부텐-1, 1-디카르복실산, 벤질리덴 말론산 및 이소프로필리덴 말론산과 같은 말론산의 불포화 유도체; 및 이타코닌산과 이타코닌 무수물과 같은 숙신산의 불포화 유도체로부터 선택된 화합물로 그라프트된 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이레이 부직포 제조 방법.

- 제 11 항 내지 제 16 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,고용융 폴리올레핀 성분은 제 1 폴리프로필렌으로 구성되고, 저용융 폴리올레핀 성분은 제 1 폴리프로필렌보다 적어도 약 5℃ 낮은 용융점을 가지는 폴리프로필렌 공중합체나 제 2 폴리프로필렌으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이레이 부직포 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 19 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 섬유 웹은 5-50중량%의 이성분 섬유와 50-95중량%의 부가 섬유 물질을 포함하고, 전형적으로는 10-40중량%의 이성분 섬유와 60-90중량%의 부가 섬유 물질, 예를들면 15-25중량%의 이성분 섬유와 75-85중량%의 부가 섬유 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이레이 부직포 제조 방법.
- 드라이레이 부직포의 제조를 위한 이성분 섬유에 있어서,상기 섬유는 저용융 폴리올레핀 성분과 고용융 폴리올레핀 성분을 포함하고, 이 때 상기 저용융 폴리올레핀 성분은 고용융 폴리올레핀 성분의 용융점 보다 적어도 4℃ 낮은 용융점을 가지며, 저용융 폴리올레핀 성분은 섬유의 표면중 일부를 구성하고, 그라프트된 폴리올레핀 성분과 비그라프트된 폴리올레핀 성분을 포함하며, 이때 상기 그라프트된 폴리올레핀 성분은 불포화 디카르복실산이나 그의 무수물로 그라프트되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이성분 섬유.
- 드라이레이 부직포에 있어서,이성분 합성 섬유와 셀룰로오스 펄프 섬유와 같은 재생 섬유 물질 또는 천연 섬유를 포함하고, 상기 이성분 섬유는 저용융 폴리올레핀 성분과 고용융 폴리올레핀 성분을 포함하며, 이때 상기 저용융 폴리올레핀 성분은 고용융 폴리올레핀 성분의 용융점보다 적어도 4℃ 낮은 용융점을 가지며, 상기 저용융 폴리올레핀 성분은 이성분 섬유의 표면중 적어도 일부를 구성하고, 상기 이성분 섬유는 천연 또는 재생 섬유에 결합 친화력을 가져서, 부직포가 상술된 표준 먼지 테스트에서 약 10㎎이하, 바람직하게는 5㎎, 더 바람직하게는 4㎎, 보다 더 바람직하게는 3㎎, 가장 바람직하게는 2㎎이하의 먼지 값을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이레이 부직포.
