Claims (5)
- 타이어를 차량에 장착시켰을 때 차량의 외측에 위치되는 사이드월부(2)에 보강층(5)(6)을 삽입 설치시켜 외측의 사이드월부(2) 강성이 내측에 위치하는 사이드월부(20)의 강성 보다 큰 강성을 가지도록 좌 우 사이드월부(2)(20)를 비대칭으로 형성시켜 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 코너링 성능을 향상시킨 자동차용 타이어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보강층(5)(6)은 그 내부에 코드(50)(60)가 배설되는 코드지로 구성되며, 보강층(5)(6)을 적어도 2개층 이상 적층설치시켜 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 코너링 성능을 향상시킨 자동차용 타이어.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 보강층(5)(6)을 비드코아(1)를 턴업한 카카스(3) 말단부와 비드필러(4)의 사이에 설치시키고, 제 1 보강층(5) 및 제 2 보강층(6)의 내부에 배열되는 각각의 코드(50)(60)를 서로 엇갈리게 경사를 이루도록 설치시켜 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 코너링 성능을 향상시킨 자동차용 타이어.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 제 1 보강층(1)의 내부에 설치되는 코드(50)의 경사각(θ)은 25 내지 75도의 범위 내에서 형성시키고, 제 2 보강층(6)의 내부에 설치되는 코드(60)의 경사각(θ1)은 115 내지 165도의 범위 내에서 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 코너링 성능을 향상시킨 자동차용 타이어.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1보강층(5)의 높이(h2)는 비드필러높이(h) X 0.5 내지 1의 범위 내에서 형성시키고, 제 2 보강층(6)의 높이(h1)는 비드필러높이(h) X 1 내지 1.5의 범위 내에서 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 코너링 성능을 향상시킨 자동차용 타이어.
