Claims (4)
- 완전히 용융되지 않은 내층과 용융된 외층으로 이루어진 프로파일의 외측면을 감싸는 접착수지층이 H빔 형태로 프로파일을 완전히 감싸도록 성형된 것을 특징으로 되는 폐플라스틱을 이용한 스파이럴 파이프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스파이럴 파이프의 강성계수는 7∼15Kgf/cm2이내로 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐플라스틱을 이용한 스파이럴 파이프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 프로파일은 내층과 외층으로 이루어지고, 왕겨, 볏짚과 같은 농업부산물, 톱밥, 나무조각과 같은 임업부산물 또는 플라이애쉬(Fly Ash) 등의 다양한 충전재와, 용융혼련된 복합재료로 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐플라스틱을 이용한 스파이럴 파이프.
- 각종 폐플라스틱 50∼100 중량부에 충전재 0∼50 중량부를 용융온도 180∼250℃의 범위에서 용융혼련한 후 다이를 통해 압출시켜 사각의 프로파일을 성형할 수 있도록 된 압출기;상기 압출기로부터 공급되는 프로파일의 표면 전체에 일정한 두께로 완전히 감쌀 수 있도록 수지를 공급하는 보조압출기;수지로 감싸진 상기 프로파일의 일측에 접착수지를 공급하기 위한 또 다른 보조압출기;상기 보조압출기를 통해 접착 가능하도록 된 상기 프로파일을 연속적으로 권취하여 파이프 형상의 구조물을 형성하기 위한 와인더; 및상기 와인더에 의한 프로파일의 연속 권취시 그 인접 프로파일의 표면 간에 긴밀하게 접착될 수 있도록 상기 접착수지의 외측면을 가압하여 H빔 형태의 접착수지층을 형성하기 위한 로울러;를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 폐플라스틱을 이용한 스파이럴 파이프 성형장치.
