Claims (7)
- 각각의 그레이데이션에 대응하는 발광부분의 위치가 정해진 점에 대하여 서로 점대칭되게 정렬되어 있는 다수의 발광 소자를 구비하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 정해진 위치가, 최소의 발광 그레이데이션을 이루기 위한 발광 소자의 발광중심의 위치인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 다수의 발광 소자가, 각각의 그레이데이션에 대응하는 방사 또는 비방사의 상태를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 발광 소자는 전기발광 소자이고, 그 전기발광소자의 광방사의 온/오프 상태는 박막 트랜지스터에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 다수의 발광 소자로 구성되며, 각각의 발광 소자의 광방사에 의해 다수의 그레이데이션을 표시할 수 있고, 상기 발광 소자에서의 발광중심이 임의의 그레이데이션의 표시시에 이동하지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 다수의 발광 소자가 각각의 그레이데이션에 대응하는 방사 또는 비방사의 상태를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 발광 소자는 전기발광 소자이고, 그 전기발광소자의 광방사의 온/오프 상태는 박막 트랜지스터에 의해서 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
