Claims (11)
- 중량%로 표시되는, 하기 정의된 제한치내의 성분:SiO258 내지 62%Al2O310 내지 16%CaO 18% 이상MgO 1.5% 이상CaO + MgO 28% 미만Na2O + K2O + Li2O 2% 미만TiO21.5% 미만Fe2O30.5% 미만B2O32% 미만F22% 미만을 포함하고, 또한 다른 성분(들)을 1% 미만 포함하며 3종의 성분 F2, B2O3및 Li2O 중 1종 이상을 0.5% 이상 포함하는 조성의 강화 유리사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사를 형성하는 유리의 점도가 1200 내지 1380℃ 범위의 온도에서 102.5포이즈이고 1110 내지 1290℃ 범위의 온도에서 103포이즈임을 특징으로 하는 유리사.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 조성 중 CaO와 MgO 성분의 합이 21중량% 이상이고, CaO와 MgO 성분이 각각 26 및 10중량%를 초과하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 유리사.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중량%로 표시되는, 하기 정의된 제한치내의 성분:SiO258.5 내지 61%Al2O311 내지 14%CaO 21 내지 23%MgO 2 내지 3.5%Na2O + K2O + Li2O 0.5 내지 1.8%TiO20 내지 1%Fe2O30 내지 0.4%B2O31.8% 이하F21.8% 이하를 포함하고, 또한 3종의 성분 F2, B2O3및 Li2O중 1종 이상을 0.7% 이상 포함하고 다른 성분(들)을 1% 미만 포함하는 조성임을 특징으로 하는 강화 유리사.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 유리사를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 유리사와 1종 이상의 유기 또는 무기 재료로 제조된 복합물.
- 용융된 유리의 다수의 스트림을 연신시켜, 1개 이상의 부싱 기판에 위치하는 다수의 오리피스로부터, 1개 이상의 연속 필라멘트 다발 형태로 유출시킨 다음, 필라멘트를 1개 이상의 사로 합하여 이동식 지지체상에서 수거하는, 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 유리사의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 부싱 중의 오리피스로 공급되는 용융된 유리가 중량%로 표시되는, 하기 정의된 제한치내의 성분:SiO258 내지 62%Al2O310 내지 16%CaO 18% 이상MgO 1.5% 이상CaO + MgO 28% 미만Na2O + K2O + Li2O 2% 미만TiO21.5% 미만Fe2O30.5% 미만B2O32% 미만F22% 미만을 포함하고, 또한 다른 성분(들)을 1% 미만 포함하며 3종의 성분 F2, B2O3및 Li2O 중 1종 이상을 0.5% 이상 포함하는 조성을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 용융된 유리를 적합한 비율로 혼합된, 적어도 일부가 유리사의 폐기물인 원료로부터 수득함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 폐기물이 E 유리사의 폐기물이고/이거나 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 따라서 정의되는 바와 같은 유리사의 폐기물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 폐기물이 원료의 0 내지 35중량%를 차지함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 중량%로 표시되는, 하기 정의된 제한치내의 성분:SiO258 내지 62%Al2O310 내지 16%CaO 18% 이상MgO 1.5% 이상CaO + MgO 28% 미만Na2O + K2O + Li2O 2% 미만TiO21.5% 미만Fe2O30.5% 미만B2O32% 미만F22% 미만을 포함하고, 또한 다른 성분(들)을 1% 미만 포함하며 3종의 성분 F2, B2O3및 Li2O 중 1종 이상을 0.5% 이상 포함하는, 강화에 사용되는 유리사 제조용으로 적합한 유리 조성물.
