Claims (4)
- 디스크(35)의 대물렌즈(33)를 광축 방향 즉, 수직 방향으로 움직여서 디스크(35)의 반사면이 초점 심도 내에 들어오도록 상기 대물 렌즈(33)의 위치를 조정하는 포커싱용 압전 세라믹 작동기(43)와, 아주 미세한 간격으로 나열되어 있는 상기 디스크(45)의 트랙을 추적하기 위해 상기 대물 렌즈(33)의 위치를 마이크로하게 이동시키도록 하는 트랙킹용 압전 세라믹 작동기(44)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 CD-ROM/DVD-ROM 광픽업 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 포커싱용 압전 세라믹 작동기(43)와 상기 트랙킹용 압전 세라믹 작동기(44)는 중앙의 심 재료(49), 상기 심 재료(49)의 상하면에 각각 부착되는 압전 세라믹(47)으로 구성된 압전 세라믹 바이모프(51)로 이루어져 있으며, 상기 심 재료(49)에는 음의 공통전극(50)이 부착되고, 상기 압전 세라믹(47)에는 양의 전극(48)이 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 CD-ROM/DVD-ROM 광픽업 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 포커싱용 압전 세라믹 작동기(43)는 상기 대물 렌즈(33) 홀더(40)의 베이스(46) 측 측면 중앙에 상하로 선회 가능하게 장착된 상기 바이모프(51)로 이루어져 있으며, 상기 트랙킹용 압전 세라믹 작동기(44)는 상기 홀더(40)의 베이스(46)측 측면의 상기 바이모프(51) 좌우측에 좌우로 선회 가능하게 장착된 2개의 상기 바이모프(51)로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 CD-ROM/DVD-ROM 광픽업 장치.
- 제1 항 또는 제3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 포커싱용 압전 세라믹 작동기(43)는 상기 대물렌즈 홀더(40)의 상기 베이스(46)측 측면에 횡방향으로 배열되어 있는 상기 바이모프(51)와, 상기 바이모프(51)의 상기 홀더(40) 측 끝단에 사하로 피벗 회전 가능하도록 형성된 힌지(42)로 이루어져 있으며, 상기 트랙킹용 압전 세라믹 작동기(44)는 상기 대물렌즈 홀더(40)의 상기 베이스(46) 측 측면 양단에 상기 작동기(43)를 사이에 두고 종방향으로 배열되어 있는 2개의 상기 바이모프(51)와 상기 2개의 바이모프(51)의 상기 홀더(40) 측 끝단에 좌우로 피벗 회전 가능하도록 각각 형성된 2개의 힌지(45)로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 CD-ROM/DVD-ROM 광픽업 장치.
