Claims (6)
- 내벽면에 가이드 구멍이 관통형성되고, 가이드 구멍의 내주면에는 사각단면 을 갖는 헤링본 형상의 그르부가 형성된 슬리브와;상기 슬리브의 헤링본 형상의 그르부에 유입되는 오일과;상기 슬리브의 가이드 구멍에 삽입되며, 상기 헤링본 형상의 그르부에 개재되는 오일을 통해 슬리브의 가이드 구멍 내주면과의 사이에 유체동압을 발생시키는 축;을 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 베어링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 헤링본 형상의 그르부는 바이트를 통해 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 베어링.
- 가이드 구멍을 갖는 슬리브와, 이 슬리브의 가이드 구멍에 끼워 삽입되는 축을 포함하는 유체 베어링에 있어서,상기 슬리브의 가이드 구멍 일측 내주면에 소정간격으로 제 1 홈을 형성하는 단계와;상기 제 1 홈의 일단과 각각 접하여 헤링본 형상을 이루도록 제 2 홈을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 베어링의 그르부 형성방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 홈은 진행방향으로 형성되고, 제 2 홈은 귀환방향으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 베어링의 그르부 형성방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1, 2 홈은 사각단면 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 베어링의 그르부 형성방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1, 2 홈은 바이트를 통해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 베어링의 그르부 형성방법.
