Claims (5)
- 투명판,제1 측면을 가진 LCD, 및상기 제1 측면에 배치된 화소 어레이를 포함하는 액정 디스플레이(LCD)장치를 밀봉하기 위한 하이브리드 실로서,상기 하이브리드 실은 상기 하이브리드 실, 상기 투명판 및 상기 LCD다이의 제1 측면사이의 체적이 밀폐되도록 상기 투명판과 상기 LCD다이의 제1 측면과 접착력 있게 결합하고 상기 화소 어레이를 둘러싸고, 상기 체적에는 액정재료가 실질적으로 채워져 있으며 상기 액정재료가 현저히 변형되지 않도록 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 실.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 투명판과 상기 LCD 다이의 제1 측면을 접착력 있게 결합하고 상기 화소 어레이에 둘러싸인 제1 실; 및상기 투명판과 상기LCD 다이의 제1 측면을 접착력 있게 결합하고 상기 제1 실에 둘러싸인 제2 실로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 실.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 투명판과 상기 LCD다이의 제1 측면사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 실.
- 투명판;제1측면을 가진 LCD다이, 상기 제1 측면에 배치된 화소 어레이;하이브리드 실, 상기 투명판 및 상기 LCD다이의 제1 측면사이의 체적이 밀폐되도록 상기 투명판과 상기 LCD다이의 제1 측면과 접착력 있게 결합하고 상기 화소 어레이에 둘러싸인 상기 하이브리드 실; 및상기 체적을 채우는 액정 재료를 포함하고, 상기 하이브리드 실은 상기 액정재료가 현저히 변형되지 않도록 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 액정 디스플레이(LCD)장치내의 실, 투명판을 가진 상기 LCD장치, 제1 측면을 가진 LCD다이, 상기 제1 측면에 배치된 화소 어레이를 형성하는 방법에 있어서,하이브리드 실, 상기 투명판 및 상기 LCD 다이의 제1 측면사이에서 액정 재료로 채워져 있는 체적이 밀폐되도록 상기 투명판과 상기 LCD다이의 제1 측면을 접착력 있게 결합하고 상기 화소 어레이에 둘러싸인 상기 하이브리드 실을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
