Abstract

PURPOSE: A device is provided to prevent eyes from dazzling by reflecting light from a lamp, to keep the intensity of illumination of a front part and to secure the wider upper, lower, right and left visual field of a driver. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary reflecting mirror is made up to minimize the dazzling of eyes by preventing light from directly entering the visual field of a driver by bending a reflected face a certain plural slant angles theta and reflecting the light going to a route 1 to a route 2. Then the light is divided into plural fragments so that almost ignorable dazzling only occurs. In addition, some dazzling only occurs because of light reflecting trough the auxiliary mirror, and it is possible to widely recognize the adjacent part because of the better diffusive property.

Description

Non-glared filter for light fixture}Non-glared filter for light fixtures

The light has the same angle of incidence and angle of reflection with respect to the vertical plane of the reflective surface"

Conventional automobile headlights have a circular or polygonal shape of reflector (Figures 1 and 2 in Fig. 1). When light is emitted from the headlight, light is reflected on the rear, side, top and bottom of the reflector to illuminate the front. It is supposed to be.

At this time, the shape of the reflector consists of a circle or a polygon having the property of a circle. If the incident angle and the reflecting angle are the same with respect to the vertical plane (A) of the tangent of the circle, the light is collected at the center and directly enters the driver's field of view in front of the glare. Is generated.

As a result of this improvement (Fig. 3 in Fig. 1), when the reflecting surface is bent at a predetermined inclination angle θ, the vertical surfaces B and B 'of the reflecting surface are inclined, so that the light is naturally refracted to the left and right along the inclined surface, thus burdening the front driver. There is a separate anti-glare secondary reflector to be attached to the inside of the reflector. This can also be confirmed by simple experiments with mirrors and flashlights.

The anti-glare auxiliary reflector is made of a material or metal plate having the same reflectance as that of the reflector, so that there is no change in illuminance, and the light reflecting from the previous reflector is partially transmitted.

As shown in Fig. 1 of Fig. 2, the conventional reflector has a strong glare because all the lights (No. 1) stimulate the other driver's field of view, but the auxiliary reflector (Fig. 2 of Fig. 2) intentionally sets the path of light intentionally. Refraction reflects only part of the light (①, ②) to stimulate the field of vision, so the glare is extremely low.

Also, as shown in Fig. 2 of Fig. 2, the light intensity (brightness) also changes only by changing the path of light, so that the light is changed and is not substantially darker than Fig. 1.

In this case, using the headlights as a high beam has the advantage of reducing glare and looking far away brightly. (If necessary, brighter lamps can significantly reduce glare than the low beams in Figure 1.)

Referring to FIG. 4 based on the above description, the conventional headlamp is configured to reflect light from the lamp (No. 1) to the reflecting mirror to illuminate the entire surface through the lens. Since the reflector has a circular shape, the light gathers naturally, so the driver or pedestrian in front can feel glare.

However, the auxiliary reflector (FIG. 5) applied for this time bends the reflecting surface at a plurality of predetermined inclination angles θ, and intentionally refracts and reflects the light going to the path ① to prevent the light from directly entering the driver's field of view. It is structured to minimize glare.

Headlights with an auxiliary reflector to prevent glare irradiate the front with two types of light. One is the light that directly reflects from the existing reflector (Fig. 2 of Fig. 2), and the light is intensively irradiated to the object in front so that the object can be correctly recognized.

As shown in the drawing, the light is divided into a number of pieces, which generates almost negligible glare. The other one is ① light (Fig. 2 of Fig. 2) refracted and reflected through the auxiliary reflector, which has only some glare and is more diffuse than the electron light, so that the periphery can be widely recognized.

Therefore, evenly distributed light distribution can improve the recognition of the object in front. Of course, if necessary, the surface of the auxiliary reflector may be adjusted to focus light on an object in front of it.

By eliminating the glare of the headlights of the other side of the vehicle to reduce the traffic accidents caused by this, and to provide a more comfortable to each other and pedestrians.

There are a number of patents and practical cases related to anti-glare using polarizers, but the polarizers need to be installed on the headlights of the vehicle and the glass or safety glasses on the front side, so there is a problem of troublesomeness and cost increase and similar to the structure and shape of the auxiliary reflector No technology was found.

To prevent glare from the other side of the vehicle, the reflecting surface is bent at a number of appropriate inclination angles θ (Fig. 3 in Figure 1) to deliberately deflect the light from the lamp to remove glare while maintaining forward illumination and It is intended to provide an apparatus for securing a wider view of up, down, left, and right (Fig. 3).

..

① 상대편 운전자, 보행자 측면: 상기에서 설명한 바와 같이 일반적으로 눈부심을 발생시키는 빛을 의도적으로 굴절 반사시켜 눈부심을 최소로 저하시키므로 상대편 운전자, 보행자에게 시각적으로 편안함을 주는 전조등 임.① Opposite driver and pedestrian side: As described above, it is a headlamp that visually comforts the opposing driver and pedestrian by intentionally refracting and reflecting light that causes glare to minimize the glare.

그러므로 일부의 운전자는 전조등을 상향등으로 비추거나 램프의 각도를 불법적으로 올려 상향등의 효과를 보려하고 또한 규정보다 밝은 램프를 사용하고 있어 상대편 운전자로 하여금 사고발생의 가능성을 높이고 있다.② Driver's side: When driving at night, the driver's view becomes narrower than daytime even if the headlights are turned on, so the driver's view becomes narrower. Therefore, some drivers are trying to see the effect of the high beam by illuminating the headlight with the high beam or illegally raising the angle of the lamp, and also using the lamp which is brighter than the regulations, so that the other driver increases the possibility of accident.

The driver operating a vehicle installed with the present application has less glare than the previous headlight, so even when the vehicle is always turned on at night, the glare is much less than the previous downlight. There is an advantage to see far.

③ 또한 도면5의 단면도에서 보는 바와 같이 원의 중심으로 모이는 빛(①번 방향)을 바깥방향으로 굴절 반사시킴으로(②번 방향) 동일한 조건(하향등)에서는 상,하,좌,우의 시야를 더 넓게 확보할 수 있어 야간 운행시 부담을 줄일 수 있다.③ Also, as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 5, the light gathered toward the center of the circle (the direction of ①) is refracted and reflected outward (the direction of ②). It can be widely secured, reducing the burden on night driving.

However, the invention intentionally deflects and reflects the light at an appropriate angle. The driver also has the advantage of providing visual comfort.

⑤ 상기의 장점들을 조합하여 볼 때 야간운행시 운전자의 부담과 상대편 운전자의 눈부심 감소, 그리고 보행자에게도 편안함을 주어 교통사고 발생을 미연에 예방하는 효과가 있다.⑤ Combining the above advantages, the driver's burden on the night driving, the glare of the other driver's glare, and comfort to pedestrians to prevent traffic accidents in advance.

As described above, the present application has the effect of intentionally refracting and reflecting light that generates glare when the reflector of the headlamp is formed into a plurality of V-shapes having an appropriate inclination angle θ (FIG. 5), thereby extremely reducing glare. It is an advantageous invention with the characteristic that the brightness and brightness are also secured in the present state.
