Description

A Pad For Water resistant Defect Of Roof And Its Construction Method}A pad for water resistant defect of roof and its construction method

The present invention relates to a pad for repairing rooftops and a construction method thereof, wherein a primer (3) is applied to a rooftop surface without removing the existing waterproof layer and aged protective concrete, and the coating layer (4) and the pad (5). ), By forming the polyurethane coating layer 7 and the top coat (8), respectively, to reduce the complexity of the repair work and greatly reduce the cost.

Defects of rooftop waterproofing are caused by defects in construction and concrete cracks, and concrete cracks are generally affected by cracks. In case of crack of 4mm ± 1mm of concrete and pus mortar layer, even waterproof product with good elasticity cannot tolerate and it is a limitation of current construction method.

In the above crack generation, there are expandable cracks in the concrete curing process, and because the ground is not constant from the foundation work, it can be divided into cracks generated due to the imbalance and the inability to support the load.

Meanwhile, non-exposed waterproof method and exposed waterproof method are used as roof waterproof methods according to the location where the waterproof sheet is installed at the time of the defect repair work. There is a method of dismantling the constructed waterproof layer (b), insulation (c) and protective concrete (d) and re-installed in the same process, and the exposed waterproof method is demolished in the same manner as the non-exposed method as shown in FIG. It is a construction method in which the waterproofing layer is disposed on the top of the concrete structure in the order of insulation (c), protective concrete (d), and waterproofing layer (b). However, in the conventional non-exposed waterproofing method shown in FIG. 1A, the existing concrete structure and the waterproofing layer are combined with each other, and as the time passes, the waterproofing layer swells due to the difference in elongation rate according to the change of season and the change of humidity and temperature. When the concrete moisture in the waterproof layer bursts, the concrete layer is corroded or oxidized due to the moisture to release the waterproof state, and there is a problem in that the leakage ends as well as the shortening of the building life.

In addition, the conventional exposed waterproofing method shown in Figure 1b is consistent with the method of applying a thin layer of a primer using a roller or the like to clean the surface of the protective concrete and the adhesive, it is consistent with the adhesive strength and comprehensive adhesion If there is no part of the waterproofing layer, the water penetrates under the waterproofing layer and spreads, so it expands overall due to partial defects. For example, if you remove a part of the waterproof layer constructed, it can be seen that it falls off like a sheet of cardboard, which is a limitation of the quantity and quality of the primer bonding the protective concrete layer and the waterproof layer or the construction method.

In addition, since the non-exposed and exposed waterproofing methods are commonly reconstructed after dismantling, the hand of the person has to be accompanied by a lot of trouble, which requires a lot of expense and time.

The present invention has been devised to solve the above problems, and is constructed by applying a pad prepared by heating and fusing a nonwoven fabric 5a, an ethylene vinyl acetate sheet 5b, and a crosslinked foam sheet 5c to the present waterproofing method. Even if the crack of the structure occurs again, the purpose of providing a pad for perfect waterproofing by absorbing the stretching force of the adhesive coating film waterproofing agent and the crosslinked foam sheet does not damage the waterproof sheet.

The present invention also arranges the bottom surface with mortar evenly without removing the existing waterproof layer (b) and protective concrete (d), and then the primer (3), the coating layer (4), the pad (5), polyurethane coating layer ( 7) and the top coat (8) by simply installing a multi-layer waterproof layer can simplify the repair work and greatly reduce the cost, as well as provide a construction method that improves durability, weather resistance and wear resistance that can withstand the outdoors Its purpose is to.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a surface cleaning step of leveling the surface of the protective concrete; Applying a primer on the clean up surface; Applying a coating waterproofing agent having a waterproof and high adhesive strength to a predetermined thickness after application of the primer; Bonding the pads prepared by adding the crosslinked foam sheet + ethylene vinyl acetate sheet + nonwoven fabric to the coating waterproofing agent, wherein the pads and the pads do not overlap and are adhered to each other using a joint cut; Forming a polyurethane coating waterproof layer on the pad; Characterized in that it comprises the step of forming a top coat on the urethane coating waterproof layer.

In the waterproof method according to the present invention, the pad is foamed at a crosslinking specific gravity of 200%, and the ethylene vinyl acetic acid (EVA) waterproof sheet is heated and fused to a crosslinked foam sheet product which is made of polyethylene having excellent heat resistance as well as water resistance. It is a product made by heating and fusing nonwoven fabric of 100g / 1㎡ polyester on acetic acid waterproof sheet.

The waterproofing film used as an adhesive in the waterproofing method of the present invention is a rubberized asphalt-based adhesive that forms itself a waterproof layer and is used to bond the pads, which is 50% by weight of asphalt compound, 20% by weight of oil or polybutene. It is manufactured by mixing%, 15% by weight of natural rubber and 15% by weight of thinner (RC adhesive), and the elongation rate is secured to be 200 ~ 300% minimum so that it does not affect other waterproof layer even if cracks occur. .

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view of a concrete structure showing the working state to be performed before the construction is made by the construction method according to the present invention, the concrete structure (a), waterproof layer (b), insulation layer (c), protective concrete from the bottom (d) shows that the surface trimming layer (e) of aged protective concrete is formed.

Clean up the surface of the protective concrete by using cement mortar to even out the eroded and deteriorated surface layer and clean the foreign substances. It is a means to secure durability and weatherproof safety for the purpose of strengthening the adhesion between the surface of the protective concrete and the waterproofing agent of the waterproofing layer and to increase the adhesion accuracy. It is installed before laying the waterproofing layer. In particular, corner areas are easy to cause defects. Therefore, cement paste should be more than 2mm thick to secure the adhesive force. Cement mortar should be fixed at 50mm vertically and horizontally with iron trowel to secure the adhesive layer. Maximize your flexibility.

In addition, this waterproof method does not remove the existing waterproof layer and applies the waterproof method thereon, so it is necessary to remove moisture and moisture already absorbed by the defect and dry it. To this end, install an air ejector (1), and select the part where the air can be well discharged under the waterproof layer in consideration of the completion of the waterproofing construction according to the roof structure state or the floor surface state, and install an air ejector every 100 to 150 m2. After completion of construction, it should always be kept dry. Before the construction by the waterproof method of the present invention is carried out grouting to reinforce the existing concrete by injecting epoxy (g) to the cracking portion (f) as a pretreatment.

FIG. 3 is a working state diagram showing a state in which an air exhauster 1 is disposed and an expansion joint 2 is constructed when the rooftop is repaired. It is preferable that the expansion point 2 is a depth of protective concrete + a surface trimming layer of aging protective concrete, that is, a depth of pus mortar, and a width of 40 mm. Their role is to cushion concrete during shrinkage, expansion, and impact when the temperature changes, and it is laid 300-400 mm from the side walls to be installed in four directions, and then filled with styropol or crosslinking foam.

Figure 4 is a cross-sectional view after the completion of the construction of the pad by the construction method of the present invention, since the construction is made while the existing waterproof layer is maintained as it is, the upper protective concrete (d) layer is severely damaged as time passes After aging, the corrosion residue is removed and pus mortar (e) is applied to clean the surface and then apply the primer (3). The primer is a high-strength adhesive RC coating waterproofing agent diluted in a solvent and is first applied to the base surface using a roller using a roller. In addition, when the coating of the primer 3 is completed, the RC coating waterproofing agent forms a coating waterproofing layer 4 without using a solvent, and uses the coating waterproofing agent having adhesive strength to construct the waterproofing of the pad 5 of the present invention.

The pad used in the present invention shown in Fig. 5 is a nonwoven fabric (5a) of a polyester synthetic fiber of 0.5 mm thickness from the top + ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) sheet (5b) of a thickness of 1 mm + 200% of the cross-linking foam ratio. The crosslinked foam sheet 5c having a thickness of 4 mm was heated and fused to form a roll. At the time of construction, the nonwoven fabric is unfolded to rise upwards. When the polyurethane (standard standard; KSF 3211) coating waterproofing agent is sucked on the upper part of the nonwoven fabric, the product exhibits excellent product performance with a tensile strength of 30 ± 5 (Kg / ㎡). In addition, the crosslinked foam sheet has a flexibility of 100 to 200% of the crosslinked foam ratio, and a material that can withstand the impact of cracking is used.

Figure 7 is a plan view showing the working state of the present invention, after the application of the primer 3 on the pulp mortar is coated with RC film waterproofing agent to form a film waterproof layer, thereafter, the pad, polyurethane coating layer And a process of integrally forming the top coat, and performing a bonding operation by unrolling the pad in a roll state from one side of the surface to which the coating film waterproofing agent is applied, wherein both sides of the pad and the pad are not overlapped. Bonding joints (6), each of which were bonded to each other and ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) sheet and non-woven fabric, were 1 mm thick and 200 mm wide by 100 mm on both pads using a urethane-based adhesive. Arrange the joint edges while sticking them together. In the process of adhering the pad and the joint joint (6), the part which is lifted due to the curved state of the base surface is applied to the washer and fixed with concrete nails, and the urethane primer is applied to the washer by using a brush, etc. The urethane coating film waterproof layer 7 is formed to have a thickness of 1.5 to 2.0 mm. After the urethane coating waterproofing layer is completely cured, the uncoated top coat 8, which is not aging in sunlight, is finally coated with a constant thickness by spraying or the like.

Figure 8 shows the wall construction and waterproof finish end treatment according to the present invention, the wall construction portion of the pad is applied to the washers at intervals of 200 mm while leaving side by side at the top of the top end fixed with concrete nails (20) It does not sag and does not create a floating part, and it is treated tightly with urethane caulking at the end of the shortest end so that moisture does not penetrate or penetrate.

As described above, the pad and the construction method of the present invention clean up the surface of the aged aging protective concrete without removing the existing waterproofing layer and the protective concrete, and then dismantle it by forming a plurality of waterproofing layers as described above. Not only can greatly reduce the cost, time and effort required, but also apply the pad of the laminated structure consisting of crosslinked foam sheet, ethylene vinyl acetate sheet and nonwoven fabric, which is used as a feature of the present invention, to the waterproofing method. The tensile strength was increased by inhaling the polyurethane, and the cross-linked foam sheet had the second control after the first adjustment of the 200-300% elongation rate of the rubberized asphalt waterproofing layer due to the flexibility due to the foaming ratio of 100-200%. Ethylene vinyl acetate waterproof sheet layer and polyurethane waterproof There is not be affected by the let due to cracking of the structure may have a semi-permanent life. In addition, if the polyurethane coating thickness is applied at a ratio of 1/2 or more of the thickness of the pad and the top coat is applied on it, the problem of lack of durability, weather resistance, and abrasion resistance that may be caused by exposure of the waterproof layer to the outside may be solved. It also acts as a flooring material for sports facilities, providing a cushioning function against frictional forces transmitted to the knees and ankle joints during exercise, and the insulation effect prevents cold air from rising from the female office and classroom floor. You can get no effect at all.
