Description
본 발명은 수성 아크릴에멀젼 접착제를 이용하여 수성 아크릴에멀젼계 우레탄 접착제를 제조하는 방법이며 이와 유사한 방법의 초산비닐에멀젼과 우레탄경화제를 혼합하여 목재 접합용으로 사용하는 것은 있으나 지금까지 아크릴에멀젼과 우레탄경화제를 사용하여 제조되는 접착제는 없었으며 본 발명은 아크릴에멀젼과 반응하는 특수 우레탄 경화제를 제조하여 사용하므로써 상기 유사한 제품과는 근본적으로 주요 수지성분이 전혀 다르고 경화제도 성분이 다르며 사용방법과 용도도 전혀 관계가 없다.The present invention is a method for producing an aqueous acrylic emulsion-based urethane adhesive by using an aqueous acrylic emulsion adhesive, and a mixture of vinyl acetate emulsion and urethane hardener of a similar method is used for joining wood, but until now acrylic emulsion and urethane hardener There is no adhesive prepared by using the present invention. 본 발명의 목적은 각 합성수지의 특성에 따라 사용방법 및 용도별로 사용되고 있는 접착제를 각 수지의 장점을 모아 단순화 하고자 하는 발상에서 아크릴에멀젼 접착제의 장점인 초기점착력, 긴 접착가능시간, 크림상의 손쉬운 작업성, 비인화성, 저취성, 내알카리성, 저장안정성 등의 특성을 이용하여 주로 건축용 피브이씨 바닥재타일 접착제로 많이 사용되고 있으나 접착강도, 내열성, 내수성이 다소 부족하여 난방용과 습기발생장소 및 특수소재에 적용하지 못하여 이런 특수 여건에서는 1액형 습기경화 유성계 우레탄접착제 혹은 합성고무계, 에폭시계, 2액형 유성 우레탄접착제를 사용하고 있는 실정이라 이에 따른 문제점인 냄새, 인화성, 불편한 작업성과 인건비증가, 하자발생증가, 보수의 불가, 저장안정성 불량 등이 있어 불편하나 수성아크릴에멀젼 접착제가 성능이 미흡하여 부분적으로 사용되고 있다.The purpose of the present invention is to obtain the advantages of the acrylic emulsion adhesive in the idea of simplifying the adhesive used for each method and use according to the characteristics of each synthetic resin by the advantages of each resin, the initial adhesion, long adhesion time, easy workability of cream It is mainly used as the FBC flooring tile adhesive for building by using properties such as non-flammability, low odor, alkali resistance and storage stability, but it is applied to heating and moisture generating places and special materials due to the lack of adhesive strength, heat resistance and water resistance.
