Claims (1)
- 프론트 하우징(3a)의 중심에 베어링(6)을 개입하여 축착하되, 내단에 원동휠(11)을 고정한 입력축(1)과, 리어 하우징(3b)의 중심에 베어링(6)을 개입하여 축착하되, 선단에 종동휠(21)을 고정한 출력축(2)과, 상기한 원동휠(11)의 끝단에 형성한 원통부(11a)의 내주면과, 상기한 종동휠(21)의 끝단을 확장시킨 드럼부(21a)의 외주면 사이에 Fe, Al, Cr합금 등으로 이루어진 구상분말(8)을 투입시킨 후, 원동휠(11)의 외측 케이스(4)속에 마련된 히팅코일(5)로써 자화시켜, 상기 원통부(11a)의 내주면과 상기 드럼부(21a)의 외주면 사이에 마찰력이 발생되었을 때, 입력축(1)의 동력이 출력축(2)으로 전달 될 수 있도록 하여서 된 파우더 클러치에 있어서,상기한 출력축(2)은 길이 방향으로 관통시킨 내경부(22)를 형성하여 냉각수 유출로가 되게 하고, 상기 내경부(22) 속으로 파이프(26)를 내재시켜 냉각수 유입로가 되게 하되, 상기 출력축(2)의 후단과 상기 파이프(26)의 후단에는 로터리 조인트(7)를 연결하여 출력축(2)의 회전이 가능하게 하며,상기한 출력축(2)의 종동휠(21)의 내측면에 원형 공간부(23)를 형성한 후, 그 공간부(23)의 단턱(24)에 원판재(25)를 밀착 고정시키므로 써, 파이프(26)를 통해 공간부(23)로 유입된 냉각수가 상기한 종동휠(21)을 냉각한 후, 출력축(2)의 내경부(22)를 통해 유출될 수 있도록 하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 파우더 클러치의 수냉식 냉각장치.
