Abstract

펄프 혼합 벽돌이 종래의 시멘트 벽돌보다 단열 방음 경량성 미장성이 우수하나 내수성과 단열성이 부족하였다. 목재의 장점을 지닌 폐지와 폐면으로 만든 펄프와 점토를 혼합한 몰탈에세멘트나 알루미나 시멘트를 혼합하거나 일반 시멘트와 알루미나 시멘트를 같이 혼합하므로서 내수성과 강도를 증대시키고 그 혼합 몰탈에 스티로폴 입자를 혼합하여 단열성능을 증대시키고 벽체의 무게를 줄여 단열재를 사용하지 않는 경량의 건축재가 된다.

펄프 혼합 경량, 단열, 흙 벽돌
건축의 현대 화로 시공이 간편하고 공기를 단축하고 인력이 절감되는 건축재를 필요로 하고 있으나 벽돌이나 조립식 벽체 자체에 단열·방음·경량성·미장성을 모두 갖추어서 조적이나 조립식 벽체의 부착만으로 벽체의 모든 공사가 끝나고 미장이나 페인트칠 내장재 공사가 필요없는 벽돌이나 조립식 벽체를 생산하기 위한 것으로 목재의 장점을 지닌 폐지와 폐면으로 만든 펄프와 점토를 혼합하고 이때의 혼합비율은 전체 부피의 비례 점토 30∼60%가 적당하고 펄프와 점토의 혼합몰탈에 일반 시멘트를 혼합할 경우 10∼40%를 알루미나 시멘트를 혼합할 경우 5∼30%를 혼합하고 일반시멘트와 알루미나 시멘트를 동시에 혼합할 수도 있다.
펄프와 점토의 혼합물에 시멘트를 혼합하면 내수성을 강화시키고 강도를 증대시키고 건조시에 수축을 줄일 수 있다.
펄프와 점토, 시멘트의 혼합 몰탈에 몰탈부피의 30∼70%를 스치로폴 입자를 혼합하여 주원료로하여 1차 토련 원료로 하고 토련기로 성형할 때 1차 토련기로 성형되는 중간에 색상이 아름다운 흙이나 돌가루에 같은 색으로 발색한 펄프와 시멘트를 혼합한 몰탈을 2차 토련기로 1차토련된 내용물의 양면에 미장하듯이 발라서 제품을 성형하여 완성시키고 벽돌 내부의 스치로폴 입자는 건조로의 온도가 300℃가 넘게 하면 건조되는 과정에서 스치로폴은 녹아서 없어지고 기공만 남게 된다.
단열 성능과 방음, 미장성이 우수한 경량의 벽돌과 벽체를 생산할 수 있어 건축비의 절감과 인력의 절감 뿐만 아니라 건강에도 좋은 건축재로 산업폐기물을 발생시키지 않고 재활용 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 폐지와 폐면으로 만든 펄프와 점토의 혼합몰탈에 시멘트를 포함한 전체 부피의 10∼40%를 혼합하거나 알루미나 시멘트를 사용할 경우 전체부피의 5∼30%를 혼합하고 시멘트와 알루미나 시멘트를 혼합할 경우 10∼40%펄프, 점토, 시멘트 혼합 몰탈과 스치로폴을 포함한 전체 부피의 30∼70%의 스치로폴 입자를 혼합하여 만든 몰탈을 원료로 만든 벽돌, 블록이나 조립식 벽체.
  2. 제1항에서 일반 시멘트나 알루미나 시멘트를 사용치 않고 펄프와 점토의 혼합물에 스치로폴 알맹이를 넣어서 바로 주재료로 사용한 것
