Description
본 발명은 전압,전류 측정기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 특정 측정부위간에 인가되는 전압 또는 전류의 세기를 간이로 기대치에 맞도록 설정하여 시각적으로 확인할 수 있는 전압,전류 측정기에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a voltage and current meter, and more particularly, to a voltage and current meter that can be visually confirmed by setting the intensity of a voltage or current applied between specific measurement sites to easily meet expectations.
반도체 제조설비를 이루는 구성단위 별로 각기 다른 기능을 수행하는 인쇄회로기판(PCB : Printed Circuit Board)들이 전기적으로 연결되어 제조설비가 작동된다. 그런데, 인쇄회로기판에 실장되는 소자들 중 그 수명 또는 외부의 영향으로 이상이 발생되면 기능적인 오동작이 발생한다. 이러한 기능적인 오동작을 판단하거나, 정상상태에서 소자들에 인가되는 전압,전류를 측정하는 수단을 이용해 정상여부를 판단해야 한다.Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), which perform different functions for each structural unit of a semiconductor manufacturing facility, are electrically connected to each other to operate the manufacturing facility.
