Claims (2)
- 기판상에 교차 배열되어 단위화소 공간을 한정하는 게이트 버스 라인과 데이터 버스 라인;상기 게이트 버스 라인과 데이터 버스 라인의 교차점 부근에 발생되는 박막 트랜지스터;상기 박막 트랜지스터와 콘택되면서, 단위 화소 공간에 배치되는 화소 전극;상기 화소 전극과 오버랩되며, 게이트 버스 라인 사이에 게이트 버스 라인 과 평행하게 배치되는 한 쌍의 제 1 전극부와, 상기 제 1 전극부간을 연결하는 제 2 전극부를 구비하는 스토리지 전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 전극부는 상기 데이터 버스 라인과 평행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
