Abstract

본 고안은 차량의 운전자가 주행중에 전방의 사정을 후방차량의 운전자에게 알려주거나 도움을 청하고 양해를 구할때 또는 주의사항에 대한 지시, 경고등의 의사표현을 하고자할때 이를 문자로 표출하여 의사전달을 가능토록하는 주행정보전달장치에 관한것으로, 기존차량의 방향지시등이나 후진등, 정지등이 있으나 이러한 램프신호만으로는 상황표현을 징확히 할수 없으므로 오해의 소지가있고 이해하기 어려운 것이어서 해당운전자간의 시비를 가리는 현장을 많이 볼수 있었다. 이와같이 불편했던 종래의 주행정보 방식을 본 고안 「차량용 문자표시 정보전달장치」를 제공하여 현대의 정보화 시대에 맞는 교통문화의 발전에 기여하고자 연출한 것이다.

Description

차량용 문자표시 정보전달장치
본 고안은 차량의 운전자가 주행중에 전방의 사정을 후방차량 운전자에게 알려주거나 도움을 청하고 양해를 구할때 또는 주의사항에 대한 지시, 경고등의 의사표현을 하고자할때 이를 문자로 표출하여 의사전달이 가능토록하는 주행정보 전달 장치에 관한것으로서, 종래에는 일부차량에 일시정지시 스톱사인으로 [STOP]의 문자가 브레이크 페달을 밟는 동시 적색의 브레이크등과 함께 동시에 발광하여 후방차량이 전방차량의 정지하는 시점을 인지할수 있도록하는 문자표시가 있으나 이는 단순기능으로 차체에 이미 내정된 방향지시 또는 제동등, 후진등과 같은 경고램프보다는 다소의 표현방법에 발전은 있으나 그 기능이 제동상태에서만 효과를 발휘할수 있을뿐 차량의 내부실정이나 운전자의 의사를 보다 명확히 전달할수는 없었다.
본 고안은 전방 주행차량이 후방 차량 운전자에게 취해야할 의무조치로 기존의 좌측이나 우측으로의 회전할 의사를 전달하는 방향지시등이나 후진등, 또는 제동등과 같은 "멈춤"(STOP) 표시만으로는 전방 운전자로서의 의사표현이 미흡한점을 과제로하여 예컨대, 차량의 차선변경에 도움을 받았을때 [감사합니다]
급제동시나 앞지르기를 했을시때는「미안합니다」 또는
초보운전의 경우 「초보운전」등등
실정에 따라 적절한 표현을 표시판에 나타낼수 있는 정보전달 장치를 차량의 실내 후면부 뒷유리 부분에 비치하여 후방운전자가 이를 볼수 있도록하며 표지판에 나타낼 문자는 통용되는 많은 단어들을 반도체(마이콤 프로그램)에 입력하는 방식으로 저장해두고 저장되는 각각의 단어에 차례로 순번을 정하여 기호를 달고 사용자(운전자)가 해당단어를 표출하고자할때 기호가 지정된 버튼을 눌러서 해당단어를 출력하게되는데 각 단어의 문자형상은 도트 메트릭스LED에 이진법 점등방식으로 도면 제 5도와 도면 제 6도에서와 같이 실행이 되는 것이며 이와같이 점등된 LED(5a)의 발광빛이 낮에는 주변 밝기에 따라 육안식별이 어려운점도 있으므로 보안수단으로 표지판의 바탕색은 도면 제 2도에서와 같이 어두운 색으로 하여 발광효과를 높일수 있도록 구성하고 운전자가 주행중에 표현할 의사(표출문자)를 나타낼때는 스위치 조작으로 간편히 이용될수 있도록 도면 제 8도에서와 같이 이동보관이 가능한 리모콘을 사용하는 차량용 문자표시 정보전달장치에 관한 것이다.

본 고안을 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
자동차(1)의 실내뒷유리(2) 부분에 문자를 나타내는 표지판(3)을 비치하고 표지판(3)의 표면 바탕색은 어둡게하여 점등LED(5a)의 발광색깔이 선명히 되도록 빛의 파장을 최소화 할수 있게 구성하여 야간에는 물론, 주간(낮) 운전시에도 표시판(3)의 글자가 잘 보이도록 도면 제 2도에서와 같이 구성하는데 표지판(3)의 구조는 도면 제 3도에서와 같이 표지판(3)의 내부에 메트릭스LED(4)를 내설하는 것으로 긴문장의 단어를 표출하거나 그림의 형상을 나타낼수 있도록하고 이때 표출될 글자나 그림은 마이콤 프로그램(9)에 입력된 단어나 그림이 각각의 번호로 지정되는 것으로서 운전자가 리모콘(7)의 지정기호 버튼을 눌러서 사용하는 것으로 도면 제 8도에서 도시된 바와같이 운전자가 주행중에도 리모콘(7)을 전방시각에 장애가 되지않는 위치에 손에 들고 조작할수 있도록 구비하여 상황에 따라 주행중에 발생하는 주의, 경고, 지시, 인사말등을 전방 운전자가 후방 운전자에게 하고자하는 의사표현까지도 문자로 나타내는 기능으로 정상주행시에는 항시 [안전거리유지]라는 글자를 표시판(3)에 나타나 있도록하고 또다른 표출어로 예컨대,

4. 미안합니다(7d )
5. 긴급상황(7e )
등을 각각의 단어에 번호를 지정하고 도면 제 7도에 도시된 바와같이 (아기가 타고 있습니다)의 문자를 나타내고자할때 SET 1(7a)의 버튼을 누르면 콘트롤부(8)에서 마이콤 프로그램(9)에 저장된 단어의 순번에 맞추어 신호를 보내게되고 마이콤 프로그램(9)에 입력된 단어가 선정되어 출력부(10)에 신호를 주게되며 이때 출력부(10)에서는 도면 제 5도와 도면 제 6도에 도시된 바와같이 이진법의 점등 방식으로 글자모양을 형성하게 되는데 도면 제 5도는 [안]자의 모양으로 메트릭스LED(4)에 발광된 LED(5a)와 2진수의 발광신호를 비교할때 2진수의 0으로 표기된것은 LED(5)가 소등된 상태가되고 2진수의 1은 점등된 LED(5a)의 상태와 같으며 도면 제 6도는 [전]자 모양의 발광상태를 도시한 것임으로, 이와같이 글자 또는 그림을 메트릭스LED(4) 방식으로 출력부(10)에서 디스플레이(11) 되는것을 표지판(3)에 나타내는 차량용 문자표시 정보전달장치에 관한 것이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안 차량용 문자표시 정보전달장치는 기존의 안전운전 수단으로 사용되고 있는 방향지시등이나 후진등, 제동등이 주행정보의 최고수단으로사용되고 있으나 전자 기술발전으로 인한 일류는 정보화 시대에 이르러 빠르고 정확한 정보를 요하는 현대의 문화생활에 자동차 문화는 기계적인 구동이나 작동법등 성능에 대한 발전만 거듭할뿐 차량의 정보를 전달하는 안전장치에 대해서는 별로 발전한것이 없어 기존의 방식대로 이용되기 때문에 자칫 운전자간의 의사전달이 미흡한 탓으로 종종 도로상에서 주행을 멈추고 시비를 가리는 경우를 볼수 있는데 본 고안의 출연으로인해 다소 불쾌한 운전자간의 실수를 인사말을 주고 받을수 있으므로 이를 해소할수 있고 초보운전자의 경우 자신의 운전경험이 부족하다는 것을 후방 차량의 운전자에게 인지시키고 이에 대처할수 있는 시간적인 여유를 주게되며 이로인해 밝고 안전한 교통문화 발전에 기여함이 클것으로 기대된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 차량(1)의 실내 뒷유리(2) 부분에 비치할수 있도록하는 표지판(3)의 구성에서 메트릭스LED(4)를 이용하여 글자나 그림을 나타내는데 LED의 점등상태에서 발산되는 빛의 파장을 줄이기 위해 표지판(3)의 표면색상을 어두운 색으로 구비되도록하고 사용자는 표지판(3)에 나타낼 글자를 임의대로 각종 단어나 그림을 마이콤 프로그램(9)에 입력하였다가 상황에 적절한 의사표현을 문자로 전달하도록하고 각각의 단어나 그림을 리모콘(7)의 버튼에 명기된 기호에 의해 해당되는 글자나 문자가 출력되어서 디스플레이 되도록하는 차량용 문자표시 정보전달장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서 표지판(3)을 메트릭스LED(4)로 구성하는 차량용 문자표시 정보전달장치.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서 메트릭스LED(4)로 구성된 표지판(3)의 표면을 어두운 색으로 구비하는 차량용 문자표시 정보전달장치.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서 마이콤 프로그램(8)에 입력되는 단어나 그림은 사용자의 임의대로 바꿀수 있는 차량용 문자표시 정보전달장치.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서 표지판(3)에 나타낼 표출문자나 그림은 사용자가 버튼을 조작할수 있도록하는 리모콘(7) 장치를 구비하는 차량용 문자표시 정보전달장치.
