Claims (2)
- 과충전 전압을 검출하는 수단 또는 과방전 전압을 검출하는 수단 또는 과전류 전압을 검출하는 수단과; 상기 과충전 전압 검출수단 또는 상기 과방전 전압 검출수단 또는 상기 과전류 전압 검출수단으로부터 신호를 입력받아 처리해서 충방전 제어용 신호를 출력하는 내부 제어회로와; 상기 내부 제어회로에 전류를 공급하는 전류제어 스위치회로를 구비하여 구성되고,상기 내부 제어회로는, 상기 충방전 제어회로의 전류 소비를 감소시키기 위하여, 상기 과충전 전압 검출수단 또는 상기 과방전 전압 검출수단 또는 상기 과전류 전압 검출수단에 응답해서, 상기 전류 제어 스위치회로를 선택적으로 온/오프상태로 동작시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 충방전 제어회로.
- 스위치회로를 통해서 외부 전원공급단자에 접속된 이차 전지와, 상기 스위치회로를 제어하기 위한 충방전 제어회로를 구비하여 구성되고,상기 충방전 제어회로는 과충전 전압을 검출하는 수단 또는 과방전 전압을 검출하는 수단 또는 과전류 전압을 검출하는 수단과, 내부 제어회로와, 전류제어 스위치회로를 포함하여 구성되며,상기 내부 제어회로는, 상기 충방전 제어회로의 전류 소비를 감소시키기 위하여, 상기 과충전 전압 검출수단 또는 상기 과방전 전압 검출수단 또는 상기 과전류 전압 검출수단에 응답해서, 상기 전류제어 스위치회로를 선택적으로 온/오프상태로 동작시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전형 전원공급장치.
