Claims (4)
- 발전소의 기계설비의 정밀 계측시에 사용되는 다이얼 게이지(10)를 포함하는 다기능 계측용 공구에 있어서,상기 기계설비의 기준면에 수평한 하면을 갖는 수평부(31)의 한 쪽 끝단부에서 수직한 상하방향(a)으로 눈금이 세겨진 직각눈금부(39)가 일체형으로 형성된 직각자(30)와;상기 직각눈금부(39)의 눈금을 지시하는 삼각형 표시부(44)가 정면에 형성되어 있으며 상기 직각눈금부(39)가 미끄럼삽입식으로 결합될 수 있게 양 끝단부가 안쪽방향으로 꺾인 "ㄷ"자 단면을 갖는 슬라이더부(41)에서 길이방향(b)으로 눈금이 새겨진 수평눈금부(49)가 일체형으로 형성된 조정자(40)와;상기 수평눈금부(49)가 미끄럼삽입식으로 결합될 수 있게 양 끝단부가 안쪽방향으로 꺾인 "ㄷ"자 단면을 갖고 있으며, 하부에 상기 다이얼 게이지(10,10',10a')를 달아맬 수 있게 형성된 다수의 슬라이딩홀더(51,61)들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 계측용 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이더부(41)와 상기 슬라이딩홀더(51,61)에는 상기 기계설비의 정밀 계측을 흔들림 없이 수행하기 위해서 상기 직각눈금부(39)와 상기 수평눈금부(49)를 고정시키는 고정볼트(42)가 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 계측용 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이더부(41)와 상기 슬라이딩홀더(51,61)에는 상기 조정자(40)와 상기 슬라이딩홀더(51,61)를 슬라이딩시키기 위한 손걸이(43)가 측면에 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 계측용 공구.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조정자(40)에는 또 다른 다이얼 게이지(10")를 슬라이딩식으로 이동시키기 위해서, 상기 조정자(40)와 동일한 형상으로 형성된 어댑터자(80)가 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 다기능 계측용 공구.
