Claims (3)
- 일측에 성형물을 수용키 위한 개폐문(11)과 내부에 단열층(12)이 형성된 내고압의 압력용기(10)와, 별도의 진공펌프와 연결되어 압력용기(10)의 내부로 관통형성된 진공수단(20)과, 가스의 고압탱크로부터 연결되어 압력용기(10)의 내부로 관통형성된 가압수단(30)과, 히터(41)에 의해 내부온도를 상승시키는 가열수단(40)과, 쿨링자켓(51)에 의해 내부온도를 냉각시키는 냉각수단(50)과, 모터(61) 및 팬(62)에 의해 고압가스와 내부온도를 순환시키는 순환수단(60)으로 구성된 오토클래브에 있어서,개폐문(11)을 그 정면과 하부에 회동가능하게 축설된 유압실린더(111)에 의해 개폐되게 하되, 압력용기(10)와 개폐문(11)의 맞닿는 부위에 형성된 플랜지부(112)(112')를 이를 수용하는 테이퍼홈(113)을 갖는 별도의 클램프(114)(114')에 의해 클램핑되게 하고,압력용기(10)의 내외측에 연결형성된 모터(61)와 팬(62)의 연결부위를 모터(61)의 외측에 냉각코일(613)과 압력센서(614) 및 고압공급관(615)이 구성된 보조탱크(612)를 장착하여 밀폐구성함을 특징으로 하는 오토클래브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 개폐문(11)의 클램프(114)(114')를 유압실린더(115)(115')에 의해 개폐문(11)의 운동방향과 다른 좌우 방향으로 작동되게 함을 특징으로 하는 오토클래브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 보조탱크(612)의 압력센서(614)에 의해 압력용기(10)에서 보조탱크(612)측으로 유출되는 가스의 압력을 측정하여 고압공급관(615)에 의해 보조탱크(612)내에 그 압력만큼 압축가스를 공급하여 압력용기(10)내의 압력과 보조탱크(612)내의 압력 평형을 유지되게 하여 고압가스가 유출되지 아니하게 함을 특징으로 하는 오토클래브.
