Claims (4)
- 전원전압을 증폭하여 기준전압을 각각 생성하는 다수의 증폭기;상기 각 증폭기의 입력단과 출력단 사이의 피드백 경로 상에 연결되며, 상기 증폭기의 이득을 각각 조정하는 다수의 이득 조정부; 및상기 각 이득 조정부에 제공하기 위한 다수의 이득 데이타를 저장하고 있으며, 기준전압의 값을 설정하는 단계에서 상기 각 이득 데이타는 외부 액세스에 의해 제어신호와 데이타 신호를 통해 프로그램되는 프로그램가능 롬을 포함하는,액정 표시 장치용 감마 기준전압 발생회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기한 각 증폭기는 연산증폭기로 이루어지며, 각 연산증폭기의 반전 입력단에는 전원전압이 인가되고, 각 연산증폭기의 비반전 입력단과 출력단 사이에는 대응하는 이득 조정부가 연결되는,액정 표시 장치용 감마 기준전압 발생회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기한 프로그램가능 롬은 어드레스 및 이득 데이타를 발생시키는 컴퓨터에 의해 액세스되는,액정 표시 장치용 감마 기준전압 발생회로.
- 매트릭스 형태로 배열된 다수의 화소를 가지는 액정 패널;상기 액정 패널의 화소를 1열씩 순차적으로 스캐닝하는 게이트 구동회로;색신호와 기준전압을 입력받아, 상기 기준전압으로부터 계조전압을 생성하고, 상기 색신호에 따라 상기 계조전압의 레벨을 선택한 뒤, 선택된 계조전압을 매 스캐닝마다 상기 액정 패널에 인가하는 소스 구동회로; 및전원전압을 증폭하여 기준전압을 각각 생성하는 다수의 증폭기와, 상기 각 증폭기의 입력단과 출력단 사이의 피드백 경로 상에 연결되며 상기 증폭기의 이득을 각각 조정하는 다수의 이득 조정부와, 상기 각 이득 조정부에 제공하기 위한 다수의 이득 데이타를 저장하고 있으며 기준전압의 값을 설정하는 단계에서 상기 각 이득 데이타는 외부 액세스에 의해 제어신호와 데이타 신호를 통해 프로그램되는 프로그램가능 롬으로 이루어지는 감마 기준전압 발생회로를 포함하며, 상기 증폭기의 출력전압은 기준전압으로서 상기 소스 구동회로에 제공되는,액정 표시 장치.
