본 고안은 음식물 구이용 포장재에 관한 것으로서, 특히 음식물을 쌀 수 있도록 자유롭게 성형 가능한 판형의 황토층과, 상기 황토층의 일면에 코팅되어 음식물이 황토에 의해 오염되지 않도록 보호하는 보호층과, 상기 황토층의 타면에 분리하기 쉽게 접착된 비닐로 구성된 음식물 구이용 포장재를 제공함으로써 음식물의 조리시 황토에 포함된 인체에 유익한 성분들이 음식물에 스며들어 그 음식물을 먹는 사람의 건강이 증진되고 음식물의 맛이 향상됨과 동시에 필요할 때마다 이미 만들어진 제품을 구매하여 음식물을 조리한 후 조리된 음식물로부터 황토층 및 보호층을 벗겨내면 사용이 완료되도록 구성되어 사용이 간편하고 사용 후 처리가 용이하여 사용자의 편의가 증대되도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a packaging material for roasting food, and in particular, a plate-shaped ocher layer which can be freely formed to hold food, and a protective layer coated on one surface of the ocher layer to protect food from contamination by the ocher, and on the other side of the ocher layer.
