Abstract
본 발명은 지하 구조물을 지상1층에서부터 지하층을 향해서 축조해 나가는 역타설 거푸집 공법에 관한 것이다. 역타설 거푸집 공법중 동바리를 사용하는 공법은 콘크리트를 타설하고 콘크리트가 양생되면 거푸집과 동바리를 해체하여 외부로 반출하지 않으면 굴토공사를 진행할 수 없는 바, 가설 자재의 소운반 비용이 증가하고, 거푸집의 해체와 조립이 반복됨으로 인해 공사비 증가와 공사 기간이 지연되는 문제점이 있었다.The present invention relates to a reverse casting form method for building an underground structure from the ground floor to the basement floor. 발명의 분야Field of invention
본 발명은 콘크리트 공사용 거푸집에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로는, 종래의 역타설 거푸집 공법중 동바리를 사용하는 공법은, 콘크리트를 타설하고 소정의 강도가 발현된 후, 동바리와 거푸집을 해체하여 굴토작업장 외부로 이를 반출하여야만 굴토공사가 가능하였으므로, 자재 소운반 및 거푸집과 동바리의 재조립에 소요되는 비용이나 공사 기간이 과다하고 자재의 훼손이 많아서 비경제적인 문제점이 있었는바, 이점을 해결하고자, 보 하부와 슬래브 거푸집을 대형판으로 제작하여 이를 해체하지 아니하고 계속 사용할 수 있도록 하고, 동바리 역시 보 하부 또는 슬래브 거푸집에 매달아 놓을 수 있도록 함으로써, 공사기간을 단축하고 공사비를 절감할 수 있도록 한 거푸집 공법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a formwork for concrete construction.
