Claims (1)
- 타이로드 엔드 제조방법에 있어서,직선 소재를 일정길이로 절단하기 위하여 롤 상태로 권취된 소재를 직선기를 통하여 인출하면서 절단하는 소재절단과정과, 절단된 소재의 일단부를 압착하여 헤드부를 형성하는 예비 성형 과정과,이 헤드부를 유선형으로 성형하기 위한 과정과, 상기 헤드부를 갖는 소재의 타측단부에 육각면을 성형하기 위한 과정으로 이루어지는 포밍 공정;상기 포밍공정으로 경화된 소재의 연성을 높이기 위하여 소둔처리하며, 소둔된 소재에 발생된 녹을 제거한 뒤, 소재의 표면에 피막을 형성하는 소둔 공정;피막처리된 소재의 헤드부를 너클 프레스의 상부 펀치와 하부 금형 사이에 위치시킨 뒤 상하방에서 압축하여 일정 내경의 상하요홈을 상하단에 각각 형성함과 동시에 상하단차부를 형성하기 위한 1회의 프레스 공정;상기 단조된 소재의 외곽 단차부의 덧살을 제거하기 위한 트리밍 공정; 및상기 상하방에 형성된 상하 요홈의 내경을 관통시켜 관통공을 형성하기 위한 퍼싱공정을 포함하여 이루어지는 타이로드 엔드 제조방법.
