Claims (4)
- 로터의 외주연에 일정간격으로 다수의 영구자석이 조립되는 구조에 있어서, 로터의 외주연과 영구자석 사이에 접착제가 개재되며, 영구자석의 외주연에 평판형상의 커버가 설치되며, 영구자 사이의 간격에 커버를 관통하여 로터에 고정되는 체결수단이 체결되는 모터의 영구자석 조립구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 로터의 표면과 영구자석의 접촉면에 접착제가 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터의 영구자석 조립구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 커버는 연자성재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터의 영구자석 조립구조.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 커버의 두께는 0.3∼0.5㎜를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터의 영구자석 조립구조.
