Abstract
본 고안은 타이어를 제조함에 있어서, 타이어 제조용의 소재를 타이어 형상 즉, 그린타이어(Green tire)로 성형시키는 장치, 특히 턴엎 브라더(Turn up bladder), 숄더 브라더(Shoulder bladder) 및 푸시 오버 브라더(Push over bladder)로 구성된 그린 타이어 성형 장치의 턴엎 브라더에 관한 것으로, 이와 같은 그린 타이어 성형장치에 의하여 그린타이어를 성형시킴에 있어서는, 그린타이어의 (4)의 비드부측 내부에 숄더브라더(3)를 설치하고, 비드부측 외부에 턴엎 브라더(1)와 푸시 오버 브라더(2)를 설치한 후 이들 세개의 브라더를 팽창시키므로서 그린타이어를 성형시키게 되는데 이와 같은 장치에 의하여 그린타이어를 제조하게 되면 턴엎 브라드(1)의 베이스(11) 내상단에 형성시킨 단턱(13)으로 인하여 그린타이어의 비드부 말단에 홈(41)이 형성되기 마련이어서, 타이어의 가류시 그린타이어의 내면에 도포하는 페인트(Green tire inner paint) 등 이물질이 유입되어 비드부의 토우(Toe) 부분에 균열이 생길 염려가 있었던 바, 본 고안은 턴엎 브라더(1)의 단턱(13) 상단에 날개(14)를 부가 설치하므로서, 그린타이어 성형시 단턱(13)과 숄더 브라더(3) 사이에 공간이 생기지 아니하게 하여 그린타이어(4)의 비드부에 홈(41)이 생기지 아니하게 하므로서 홈(41)에 유입되는 이물질로 인하여 비드부가 균열되는 일이 없게 한 것임.In the present invention, in manufacturing a tire, a device for forming a tire material into a tire shape, that is, a green tire, in particular, a turn up bladder, a shoulder bladder, and a push over brother It relates to a turn-tuck brother of a green tire forming apparatus composed of an over bladder.
