본 발명은 자동차용 타이어에 사용되는 플랩과 튜브의 붙음성(점착성)문제를 해결하기 위하여 플랩에 도포하는 실리콘이형제 조성물에 관한 발명이다. 기존의 비포장 도로와 공사장에서 사용되는 트럭이나 버스 자동차의 타이어는 대부분 플랩과 튜브가 사용되고 있으나 타이어를 장착하고 장기간 사용한 후 탈착시 튜브와 플랩이 심하게 붙는 점착현상이 발생한다. 따라서 튜브와 플랩의 탈착에 있어서 작업하기가 매우 어렵고 플랩이 심하게 찢어진 상태로 탈착되어 재사용에도 큰 문제점이 있다.The present invention relates to a silicone release agent composition applied to a flap in order to solve the problem of adhesion (adhesiveness) of the flap and the tube used in the tire for automobiles. 자동차는 우리생활에 필수적인 생활용품 중의 하나로서 자동차가 잘 운행될 수 있게 해주는 것이 타이어이다. 그 중에서 공사장 및 비포장 산악길에서 사용되는 트럭, OTR 타이어에는 튜브와 플랩이 필수적으로 사용된다. 그러나 이와 같은 차량에서는 하절기에 장시간 사용시 튜브와 플랩이 심하게 붙어 튜브와 플랩을 탈착시 작업성이 심하게 떨어질 뿐만 아니라, 플랩이 심하게 찢어지는 경우가 대부분이므로 재사용할 수 없다. 따라서 이와 같은 튜브와 플랩의 붙음성 문제를 개선하기 위하여 플랩에 실리콘이형제를 도포하면 도포전보다 외관품질의 향상 뿐만 아니라 튜브와 플랩의 붙음성 문제를 개선하여 타이어에서 장착 및 탈착작업을 용이하게 하며 플랩이 파손되지 않고 탈착하므로 플랩을 재사용할 수 있기 때문에 획기적인 원가절감의 효과도 가져온다. 또한 타이어를 림에 장착할 때에도 플랩 표면의 실리콘이형제 때문에 작업성이 아주 쉬워진다. 그리고 튜브와 플랩의 간섭현상에 의한 튜브의 파손도 방지할 수 있다.A car is one of the essential daily necessities of our daily life.
