Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 타이어에 사용되는 플랩과 튜브의 붙음성(점착성)문제를 해결하기 위하여 플랩에 도포하는 실리콘이형제 조성물에 관한 발명이다. 기존의 비포장 도로와 공사장에서 사용되는 트럭이나 버스 자동차의 타이어는 대부분 플랩과 튜브가 사용되고 있으나 타이어를 장착하고 장기간 사용한 후 탈착시 튜브와 플랩이 심하게 붙는 점착현상이 발생한다. 따라서 튜브와 플랩의 탈착에 있어서 작업하기가 매우 어렵고 플랩이 심하게 찢어진 상태로 탈착되어 재사용에도 큰 문제점이 있다.The present invention relates to a silicone release agent composition applied to a flap in order to solve the problem of adhesion (adhesiveness) of the flap and the tube used in the tire for automobiles.
