본 발명은 타이어 수용성 성형 이형제에 관한 것으로서, 화장품 원료를 주원료로 인체에 대한 유해성을 제거함에 따라 작업성의 향상과 환경오염의 우려가 없는 타이어 수용성 성형 이형제에 관한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. 기존의 타이어 제조 공정중 인체에 유해한 물질이 발생하여 작업자 및 환경에 지대한 영향을 미치고 있는 성형 이형제를 환경친화적인 것과 더욱 상세하게는 인체에 무해한 파라핀 오일을 사용하였다. 기존의 성형 이형제에서는 작업성만을 고려한 것으로 작업자의 건강과 환경 적인 측면을 고려하지 않아 큰 단점으로 부각되고 있어, 작업성 향상과 위의 조건에 만족하는 타이어 수용성 성형 이형제를 특징으로 한다.In the existing tire manufacturing process, a mold release agent having harmful effects on humans and the environment due to harmful substances to the human body is used, and in particular, paraffin oil which is harmless to the human body is used. 타이어 수성계 성형 이형제에 제조 방법에 있어서 중요한 것은 온도와 파라핀오일과 유화제의 비율이다. 이 방법은 파라핀 오일을 유화시킨 것으로 온도 50 ~ 99℃, 온도가 낮으면 유화가 되지 않고, 높으면 산화가 일어나 색깔의 변화와 냄새가 발생하여 제품으로서의 가치가 없어진다. 또한 파라핀오일과 유화제의 비율에 따라 유화성이 달라지므로 아래 표 1에 나타난 것과 교반속도가 중요한 인자로 작용하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 조건이 이루어지지 않으면 층분리 현상이 빨리 일어나 보관성이 없어져 제품으로서 가치를 상실하게 된다.What is important in the manufacturing method for the tire-based molding release agent is the temperature, the ratio of paraffin oil and emulsifier.
