Claims (4)
- 공구강으로된 드릴 본체(1)에 칩의 배출을 위한 플루트(2)를 형성하고 선단부에는 고경도 재료인 일자형 팁(3)을 경납과 함께 삽입하여 브레이징한 브레지드 트위스트 드릴에 있어서,상기 드릴 본체의 드릴 인선경(D)과 웨브크기(T)의 비인 웨브비(T/D)가 0.25∼0.35이고 구폭비(A/B)가 0.7∼1.1이며, 양 주절삭날(7)의 최외측 선단부를 연결하는 직선에 수직하면서 드릴 외측 선단부와 후플루트 내벽의 최대 거리인 플루트폭(W)이 0.35 D ∼ 0.50 D의 범위로 형성되고 내부 절삭유 공급을 위한 쿨런트 오일홈(6)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 브레지드 트위스트 드릴.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양 주절삭날(7) 최외측 선단부를 연결하는 직선과 웨브 절삭날(9)로 이루어진 씨닝각(θ1)을 35°∼ 55°로 형성한 브레지드 트위스트 드릴.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 주절삭날과 웨브 절삭날이 만나는 지점을 드릴 인선경의 5∼10% 정도가 되는 곡면부(10)로 형성한 브레지드 트위스트 드릴.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,드릴 축심과 씨닝이 이루는 씨닝각(θ2)을 30°∼ 50°로하고 씨닝면(12)의 드릴 축방향 경사각(θ3)을 음의각 -2°∼ 양의각 +2°범위로 한 브레지드 트위스트 드릴.
