Abstract

수도용 관로와 구조물벽체의 접속부분에 대한 수밀장치로서, 관로와 구조물벽체 사이의 수밀성, 신축성, 시공성, 유지관리성능을 효과적으로 개선하기 위하여 관슬리브, 쐐기형 고무링 및 누르개 플랜지를 사용하는 장치로 수도용관로가 밸브실 벽체 또는 취수장 등 지중, 수중 구조물의 벽체를 관통하는 관로접속부에 적용함.

Description

관로의 구조물벽체 접속부 수밀장치
제 1 도는 수밀장치의 일반형식으로써 누르개 플랜지를 일체로 제작하여 전체를 조립·설치한 평면도 및 정면도.
제 2 도는 수밀장치의 일반형식에 대한 부품도.
제 3 도는 수밀장치의 일반형식의 구조물벽체 접속부에 설치된 단면도.
제 4 도는 수밀장치의 선택형식으로서 누르개 플랜지 반대측에 고무링을 삽입·설치한 평면도 및 정면도.
제 5 도는 수밀장치의 선택형식으로서 누르개 플랜지를 슬리브 양단에 설치한 평면도 및 정면도.

관로가 구조물벽체를 관통하는 부분을 효과적으로 시공하는 방안으로써 구조물벽체를 통과하는 관로외주에 본 수밀장치를 미리 조립한 상태에서 관로접속을 기할 수 있으므로 수밀부에 대한 별도작업이 없이 콘크리트 거푸집설치가 가능하여 시공성이 뛰어나며, 관로의 신축을 허용할 수 있고, 지진 등 영향시 관체와 구조물벽체의 직접접촉을 방지하고, 고무링은 기존의 신축이음관에 사용하는 규격을 그대로 적용할 수 있어 별도제작이 불필요하므로 자재구입이 용이하고, 누르개 플랜지 구조로서 수밀부 조정 및 고무링 교체 등 유지관리가 용이하며 수밀성이 특히 필요한 개소 등에 설비의 표준화를 기할 수 있는 등의 효과가 있음.

  1. 관로가 구조물벽체를 관통하는 부분의 수밀장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 구조물벽체라 함은 관로가 지하구조물을 관통하는 밸브실 등의 벽체 부분과 수중구조물의 벽체를 관통하는 취수장 등의 벽체부분을 말한다.
