본 발명은 신도의 차이가 적어도 50%이상인 2종의 폴리에스터 필라멘트로 구성된 드라이한 청량감을 갖는 소모조의 복합가연사의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 신도가 작은 심사를 구성하는 필라멘트는 제 1도에 도시된 바와 같은 육엽, 타원형, 십자형 및 원형의 단면을 갖는 방사토출공에 의해 방사된 이형단면사를 단독 또는 혼합하여 사용하고 단사섬도 3∼6데니어인 심사주위를 0.8∼2데니어의 단사섬도를 갖는 초사가 S,Z교호연 모양으로 둘러싸도록 구성함으로서 심부의 다형단면사가 일부 표출되어 피부 접촉면적이 심초사 공히 원형단면사를 사용한 복합가연사 직물보다 상대적으로 작기 때문에 드리이한 청량감을 발현하는 소모조의 복합가연사를 얻을 수 있다.The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a composite twisted yarn of a consumption tank having a dry refreshing feeling composed of two kinds of polyester filaments having a difference in elongation of at least 50% or more. 따라서 본 발명에서는 가장 쉽고 간단하면서 극대의 차별화 효과를 얻기 위한 방안으로 복합가연사의 심사로 다형단면사를 사용하게 되었다. 여기서 말하는 다형단면사란 제1도의 4가지 방사구금 형태를 단독 혹은 혼합 사용해서 방사한 사를 말한다. 즉 기존의 복합가연사의 장점은 유지하면서 보다 차별화된 촉감을 구현하고자 다형단면의 신도가 작은 태섬도 필라멘트군을 심사로 하고 원형의 세섬도 필라멘트군을 초사로 한 심초복합가공사를 제조하게 되었다.Therefore, in the present invention, the polymorphic cross section yarn is used as the screening method of the composite twisted yarn as the easiest and simplest method to obtain the maximum differentiation effect.
