본 고안은 예로 공작기계의 절삭유 탱크에 비중이 다른 유체가 혼입되어 있을 때 이의 분리를 효율적을 할 수 있도록 한 절삭유 탱크의 유수분리장치에 관한 것으로, 절삭유 탱크(14)내의 하단측에 설치된 차동풀리(12)와 그 상방에 설치된 구동풀리(11)에 유수분리벨트(13)를 권취시켜, 이 유수분리벨트(13)에 묻어나온 윤활유를 오일안내판(15)에 의해 걸러서 윤활유를 분리시키도록 한 유수분리장치에 있어서, 상기 절삭유 탱크(14)내에 이에 연통하는 리턴홀(40A)을 갖는 중간카막이(40)를 설치하여 윤활유 저장실(41)을 구비하고, 이 윤활유 저장실(41)에 상기 오일안내판(15)에서 분리되는 윤활유가 유입되도록 하여 윤활유에 포함된 절삭유를 비중차에 의해 상기 리턴홀(40A)을 통하여 절삭유 탱크(14)내로 회수되도록 함과 동시에 상기 윤활유 저장실(41)의 상부 일측벽에 드레인 밸브(50)를 설치하여, 절삭유의 낭비를 막을 수 있고, 윤활유제거 작업주기를 최소화할 수 있는 장점이 있다.The present invention relates to an oil / water separator of a cutting oil tank that enables efficient separation of a fluid having a different specific gravity from a cutting oil tank of a machine tool, for example, a differential pulley installed at a lower end side of a cutting oil tank 14.
