본 발명은 기존 시멘트 벽, 천정 마감을 이용할 때의 시멘트 독성을 제거할 수 있도록 한국 전통적인 건축재료로 사용하였던 황점토를 이용하여 벽, 천정을 마감하고, 적외선을 방사하여 생물체의 세포 활동이 안정적으로 이루어지게 하는 것 이외에 열손실을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 시공상의 편의를 위해 페인트와 같이 롤러로 칠할 수 있는 시공방법으로 고안되어 있기 때문에 시공시간이 단축되고, 임금 절감 등의 효과를 얻을 수 있도록 하는 황점토를 주재료로 한 벽, 천정용 마감재의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 이는 평균 입도 250메시 이상의 황점토 분말 60.90% 중량과, 접착 및 방수용 에멀젼 25.6% 중량과, 물 12.8% 중량과, 증점제 0.7% 중량을 혼합 조성하며, 상기 조성된 배합물과 물을 10:1의 중량비율로 배합하여 벽, 천정 마감재로 사용함으로서 이룰 수 있는 발명이다.The present invention finishes the walls and ceilings using yellow clay, which was used as a traditional building material in Korea to remove cement toxicity when using the existing cement walls and ceiling finishes.
