Claims (1)
- 차량의 내연기관에 의해 구동되는 발전기의 계자코일에 흐르는 계자전류를 단속하는 반도체 스윗칭 소자와, 발전기의 출력전압을 제어하기 위해서 반도체 스윗칭 소자를 개폐 제어하는 제어신호를 출력하는 제어 유닛과, 계자전류를 검출하는 계자전류 검출소자를 갖는 차량용 발전기의 제어 장치에 있어서, 계자전류 검출소자의 접지배선과, 계자전류 제한수단의 접지배선은 혼성 집적회로 접지단자의 상류측에 결합된 것을 포함하며, 상기 제어 유닛은 계자전류 검출소자의 출력에 따라서 제어신호가 출력되는 계자전류 제한수단이 구비되며, 상기 계자전류 검출소자와 계자전류 제한수단은 혼성 집적회로로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 발전기의 제어장치.
