본 고안은 고층건물 등의 벽속에 설치된 각종 시설물을 점검하기 위해 설치한 점검관구용 문틀의 모서리 고정구에 관한 것으로 종전에는 상, 하, 좌, 우틀의 조립모서리부에 전기용접으로 고정하는 수단으로 스텐레스스틸제 문틀을 조립하므로 조립이 까다롭고 제품의 외관이 불비하고 숙력공에 의해 용접하지 않으면 사용중 용접부위가 떨어지는 등 고품질의 제품을 얻지 못하였으므로 본 고안은 모서리 고정구(5)의 표면에

본 고안은 고층건물의 벽속에 설치된 상, 하수관 및 난방관과 각종 전기배선 시설물을 점검하기 위하여 설치한 점검관구용 문틀의 모서리 고정구에 관한 것으로 문틀을 간단히 조립제작할 수 있고 외관이 미려하며, 견고한 우수품을 얻고저 하는 것이다.
종래에는 제 1도에 나타난 있는 바와 같이 사각의문틀(20)을 조립구성함에 있어 상, 하, 좌, 우틀(2)(2a)(2')(2'a)의 모서리부(22)에 접합시키고 후면에서 용접고정시키는 수단으로 조립하였다. 이러한 구조는 숙련된 용접공만이 조립하게 되고 또 용접부위가 매끄럽지 못하여 외관이 불미하므로 미려한 고품질의 제품을 만들지 못하였다.
본 고안은 그러한 결함을 해소하고 외관이 미려할뿐더러 문틀이 견고하고 또 누구나 간단히 조립제작할 수 있도록 착안한 것으로 이를 첨부도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
상, 하, 좌, 우틀(2)(2a)(2')(2'a)의 결합으로 이루어지는 스텐레스스틸제 사각형상의 문틀(1)에 있어서, 표면(6)에형 보강융출부(7)를 형성하고 또 상부와 측면에는 덮개편(8)(8')과, 등근모서리부(8)를 연결 형성한 스텐레스스틸제 모서리 고정구(5)를 문틀(1)의 모서리부(3)에 부착시켜 고정하된 문틀(1)에 뚫은 나사공(9)과 고정구(5)에 뚫은 나사공(9')을 일치시켜 후부에서 와샤(11)를 대고 나사(10)로서 나착고정시켜 일체로 부착고정하여서 된다. 그리고 제 5도는 본 고안의 다른 실시예로서 고정구(5)의 일정한 위치에 보울트(12)를 고정시키고 문틀(1)의 용출부(13)에 나사공(14)를 뚫어서 보울트(12)가 나사공(14)에 뒷쪽으로 끼워져서 너트(15)로 외부에서 나착시켜 고정구(5)를 부착고정토록 한 것이다.
이와 같이 된 본 고안은 스텐레스스틸제 사각형상의 문틀(1)의 네모서리부(3)에 제 2도와 같이 스텐레스스틸제 모서리고정구(5)가 각각 부착고정되므로서 문틀(1) 구조가 이루어지는데 모서리 고정구(5)는 네모서리부(3)의 정면과 상측면을 감싸고 있을뿐더러, 또한 덮개편(8)(8')이 상, 하, 좌, 우틀(2)(2a)(2')(2'a)의 앞면, 상면 및 측면을 동시에 감싸고 있으므로 문틀(1)이 견고한 효과가 있고 조립시에는 상, 하, 좌, 우틀(2)(2a)(2')(2'a)을 사각형상으로 접합시켜 놓은 다음 모서리 고정구(5)를 네모서리부(3)에 밀착시키면 상, 하, 좌, 우틀(2)(2a)(2')(2'a)인 문틀(1)에 뚫은 나사공(9)과 모서리 고정구(5)에 뚫은 나사공(9')이 일치케되므로 와샤(11)와 나사(10)로서 나착조립이 간단용이하여 누구나 손쉽게 조립할 수가 있다. 또한 모서리 고정구(5)의 정면에 용출시킨형 보강용출부(7)와 둥근모서리부(8)로 인하여 조립시킨 문틀의 뒤틀립형상이 없고 또 견고히 밀착케되며 문틀이 평행상태로 조립되어지므로 균질의 고품을 얻을 수 있고 또 외관이 미려하므로 우수품을 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 상, 하, 좌, 우틀(2)(2a)(2')(2'a)의 결합모서리부(3)에 모서리 고정구(5)를 부착 고정한 스텐레스스틸제 문틀에 있어서,
    모서리 고정구(5)의 표면(6)에형 보강융출부(7)와 상부와 측면에 덮개편(8)(8')과 둥근모서리부(8)를 연결형성하여 된 점검관구용 문틀의 모서리 고정구.
