Abstract
본 고안은 대쉬보드 내측에 설치된 각종 배선의 수가 많아 대쉬보드에서 엔진룸을 선회하여 다시 대쉬보드 내측으로 설치되는 배선중 엔진룸에 설치되는 배선을 엔진에서 방출되는 열로부터 보호하도록 하는 엔진룸 배선 보호용 브라켓을 형성한 아웃 인슐레이션에 관한 것인바, 종래에는 대쉬보드의 제한된 공간을 조금이라도 넓게 사용하고자 하여 엔진룸을 이용하였으나 상기 엔진룸에는 엔진으로부터 발열되는 고온의 열에 의하여 배선이 손상되거나 별도의 열저항성이 높은 피복수지를 사용함으로 설치단가의 상승과 엔진룸의 외관이 배선으로 미려하지 못한 문제점이 있었다. 본 고안은 상기한 문제점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로서 엔진룸에서 발열되는 열로부터 배선을 보호함으로서 배선이 손상되거나 별도의 열 저항성이 높은 피복수지를 사용하지 않으므로 설치단가의 절감과 엔진룸의 배선정리에 따른 외관이 미려해지게 하는데 그 특징이 있다.The present invention has a large number of various wirings installed inside the dashboard, so that the engine room is protected from the heat emitted from the engine by turning the engine room in the dashboard and then installing the wiring in the engine room.
