Claims (10)
- 색소를 함유하고 있는 코팅액을 기판상에 도포하여 기록층을 형성하는 단계;상기 기록층 상에 금속 반사층을 증착시키는 단계; 및상기 금속 반사층상에 자외선 경화성 수지를 도포한후 경화시켜 보호층을 형성하는 단계로 이루어진 광기록매체의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 코팅액이 하기 화학식 1 및 화학식 2로 표시되는 두 종류의 색소분해방지제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체의 제조방법.[화학식 1][화학식 2]
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판이 폴리카보네이트, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 비정질 폴리올레핀, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나의 고분자 수지로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 색소가 시아닌계 색소, 프탈로시아닌계 색소, 크로코늄계 색소, 아쿠아릴리움계 색소 및 아자메틴계 색소로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 시아닌계 색소가 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체의 제조방법.[화학식 3]
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅액 중의 색소분해방지제의 총량이 색소 총량을 기준으로 하여 1 내지 50중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 색소분해방지제 및 상기 화학식 2로 표시되는 색소분해방지제의 혼합 비율이 1:0.2 내지 1:0.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록층의 두께가 50 내지 200nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속층이 금, 은, 구리 및 알루미늄으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나의 금속으로 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 자외선 경화성 수지가 에폭시 수지, 아크릴 수지, 실리콘 수지 및 우레탄 수지로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체의 제조방법.
- 상기 제 1항 내지 9항 기재의 제조방법에 따라 제조된 광기록 매체.
