본 고안은 자동차의 측면 충돌시 탑승자에게 전달되는 충격을 완화하기 위해 도어 내부에 설치되는 충격 완충부재에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 도어의 이너 패널에 가로방향으로 장착되는 임팩트 빔을 내측의 재질이 고무이면서 가스를 충진한 패널로 변경하여 차체의 중량을 현저히 감소시키면서도 측면 충돌에 대한 충격에너지를 흡수 완화시켜 차실내의 탑승자를 보다 안전하게 보호할 수 있도록 한 자동차 도어용 충격 완충부재에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a shock absorbing member installed inside the door to mitigate the impact transmitted to the occupant in the event of a side collision of the vehicle, and more specifically, the impact beam mounted on the inner panel of the door in the horizontal direction.
